Eating and drinking a deep affection for Yahweh (God) is not a bad thing at all. It’s a positive brew that will always look good on you. The creator of your soul wants your energy to show LOVE to Yah's energy, as you love the spirit of God with all of your might. Yah loved you before your spirit loved or knew the spirit of God. If you don’t believe in Yahweh or a higher power, Yah still loves you! God will continue to love you and desire your attention throughout your entire lifetime. Reverence God with your love. What about your time? I promise, Yahweh's love will blow your mind and change your everything from a-z. You are surrounded by God's love! Only Yahweh has dominion over your life. Affirm and declare it. So shall it be!

We are in the midst of a pandemic, democrats and republicans are equally playing politics with the healthcare and humanity of the American people, and soon election day will make a way out of a new day for a new president or an old one. However, right about now, we bask in the glory of Mrs. Michelle Obama as she spoke at the Democratic National Convention on August 17, 2020 and she wasn't shy. Michelle is highly favored by millions of people and by the most high God (Yahweh). She told her audience not to vote for President Trump because
his time was basically up. 

Say it girl! Say it loud enough for the black folks in the background who keep on with nothing to add to any solutions but their draining complaining initials. 

Ali was a man who was not moved by white supremacy or their oppressions. He spoke up and out about it. They didn't like Ali. He never stayed in his place. He always caused good trouble. Isn't it wonderful how those folks who didn't like Ali, came to love him as the years rolled by. They had no choice. He loved himself and his people. He didn't care about who was threatened by that. He had nothing against wypipo. He just loved his people. Oh, they reverence his name and they love Muhammed Ali now!

Another example of a disturbing piece of peace being stolen from a black man in his own house minding his own business. This has to die! I will not stop putting it in your face. If you experience this you have every right not to give them your ID. This particular officer is implying the owner is some kind of suspect because he was walking around his own home. Pay attention to all the details. This affects black people mentally. It is called Post Traumatic Slavery Syndrome (PTSS).

Who knew we would rise up and taste another bitter era of good ole southern voting suppression in 2020. This time its prevalent in each state. Fear not. You can still vote early. So vote early. You can still mail in your vote or safely go vote in person. Please go on vote.org for more specific information in your state. 

I personally do not see anything wrong or upsetting with this video. Ok, so what, we have black conservative republicans. They are entitled to be who they want to be. They are also eligible as Americans, to be part of the republican party if that is their thing. In my opinion, (proven by facts) both parties have done the minimum to welcome a black agenda to their policies.

Listen to DL Hughley solidify his love and support of black women, considering a huge boost to the American History books screaming "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" in dark black ink, of course. Kamala Harris became the running mate of president-elect Joe Biden this year in the month of August. Kamala saw what she wanted and she went after it. Then she got it. Hopefully, this new image of a melanated  woman being the vice president on a major ticket will give black women and girls the value of being respected, protected, with an end to being neglected. Black women deserve it!

Do black folks listen to classical music? Don't be silly, of course they do. Plus Beethoven was a man with melanin in his blood. Black people are just as classy and versatile as any other group of people. I know some of you enjoy placing black folks in your lovely box coupled with the stigma of your choice. The history of black people debunks that all day every day, streaming throughout their desire to exist. It's not normalized to see black families listening or playing classical music but it is sweet to see it publicized. It is found when you seek it out. It is always a good time to change the narrative and let the music play.

I am right 'black' at it again on a special occasion. This time I am showcasing the essence and blessing of a Power Pretty Mama's business, Keeda's Kakes & Mates. I pledge allegiance to all people to be equal in the mindset to understand they have a right to practice group economics. Every other group of people have 
been doing it for many years but black folks. This is my grandmother Lula. She is a legend to me. If you have been rocking with the SFM for the last few years you will see me mention her a lot. I will always keep her memory alive and I am so grateful I have a platform to do that. I miss her so much! I know her spirit is alive in all of her DNA. 

She was GOLDEN. She was the apotheosis of love, strength, family and support. She is and always will be remembered daily but especially on December 16.

We love our grandma Lula. She was always sharp about giving us some of her wisdom, also letting us know a piece of her mind at all times.

Grandmothers are legends. They create multitudes of bloodlines. Take care of your bloodlines. Your grandparents worked hard and endured so much for you to be where you are. Yeah, I know you worked hard to get to where you are in life. You can't take all of the credit. It's more spiritual than natural.

My grandmother was wonderful. I mean, she wasn't perfect but the older I get the more I think about all the wonderful times I spent with her and the lessons she taught me. I used to sit and talk to her all the time. Some of you will probably be grandmothers some day. Keep up the good work. If you aren't it's never too late to start doing good work!

We all have little pieces of grandma Lula threaded inside of us. Lord knows, if I have to give someone a piece of my mind I channel the spirit of my granny Lula (lol) because she was excellent at that. Thank you Ms. Lula. We love you and miss you. We will always keep your legacy alive.

If you ever need guidance or management for your life, snuggle up close with this prayer. There is a multitude of concerns floating around in our atmosphere. If the spirit of Yahweh tells you not to go left but instead go right, please listen. Don't go left. Go right. Follow the counsel of God. If God instructs you to move or to do anything, I pray you can hear and receive it. Do not let go of this verse until you get your answer. I want to thank God for teaching you and instructing you in the ways you should go. Thank you for guiding them with your eyes Lord. This is my prayer for you. Now it's your turn to try it! Substitute your name by placing your name in the "them" part of the text. Pray this prayer over other people lives. Thank and praise God for doing it. This is also useful for those loved ones who are away at school or living in different states. There is nothing like having the satisfaction of the creator's direction. Thank you Father God!

Titivate your day with the light of love and positive energy as often as you can to bring healing to your surroundings. Fight against negative energy at all times and know that you are worthy of all the goodness life has to offer. Talk to Yahweh you don't have to believe me. The spirit of God will let you know how valuable you are. You have the right to remove yourself from people, places, and things that are the antithesis of your hope. How dope and Sancti-Fly is that? 

I just came off of a 21 Days of Abundance high. Yes, it was a challenge. I'd highly recommend it. If you are ever invited to join the group, do it. Even if you think you can't do it, still try. As most of us are working on being our best selves, we realize the struggle of the battle is within our minds. It all starts in your mind. When we see a person we either like them or we don't. It all begins in your mind. Half of the time the person hasn't done anything to you. What you want to say and how you are going to construct the grammar of your words is all established
​in your thoughts first. Only you have the power and authority to totally enrich your thoughts in abundance or limit them to negativity. The psyche of your mind was created by Yahweh for you to focus on today, not yesterday. If you messed up or feeling some kind of way, remember you have a choice over your thoughts. Each day God grants you new strength with the possibility of knowing you can have limitless smithereens of abundance.This is how you were designed so walk in it. This is your New Day dripping in New Thoughts, fulfilling you with New Foison and New Strength, crowned by New Possibilities. Say it to yourself! It is all in your hands.

You are so old, right? You are only 29. All of your friends are married. You are very single and tired of being a bridesmaid. You are a single man and tired of coming home to an empty house without a wife. What about you! Your desire has always been to have a chain of restaurants. You only have two restaurants in the state you live in but you are ready to soar. You have been waiting on a kidney transplant for almost a year now. At a young age, your appetite to raise lots of kids was crushed when the doctor revealed to you that you couldn't have kids. You and your husband opted to adopt but it's taking so long, dang. The organization Yahweh placed inside of you to help low-income communities learn about entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and of course investment banking, since that is your expertise, is taking forever and you don't understand why. You have the money and the volunteers but it is not happening. Trust God even when you feel like it should have already happened. You will meet the right man or woman in time. I know you heard that before. The spirit of God operates in time and seasons so do not stop believing. Believe! It was your friends time to marry. Please stop comparing yourself to others and work on yourself. Prepare to be a wife or a husband. Those chain of restaurants shall come to pass, certainly. It will happen. Do not give up. Stay prayerful and focused! Your kidney transplant is on the way. Keep affirming it. Your words and your belief releases the power. Don't you dare give up. It is going to happen. You shall live with your new kidney and not die. I understand you and your wonderful husband wanted to have kids the natural way. There are so many babies that need you. Hold on. The big family you dreamed of is still going to happen. The process of adoption for you is going to be a favored experience. That is why it is taking so long. It will be worth you waiting for those little baby toes. There is always going to be a few negative blocks of energy when you are changing the mind-set and history of people. Don't worry. Keep planning. Nothing can stop or block what God wants you to rock. It will happen! If Yahweh placed the vision inside of you to do it, so shall you do! They can dig up all the bureaucracy they want. According to your faith be it unto you. If you believe it, it's going to happen for you. Trust the higher power not mankind. 

If you believe in a higher power. These are promises for you. If you do not believe, this isn't for you. You will have the strength to get through whatever it is you are facing right now, on top of this pandemic. You are connected to the source of strength. Yahweh promised to never leave you. God is a spirit. Yah's spirit is ubiquitous. You are not alone! There are plans God personally made for you. To lift you up to new levels and prosper in all areas of your life. Not just with money. What about good health or great decision making skills? Yahweh has a covenant with you to hear the supplications of your prayers. Keep on praying. You have a powerful spirit on your side that fights against those who fight against you! Who do you think will win the battle? Yes, victory is yours! The world is still trying to find it (peace) but you got it. Yahweh has promised to grant peace your way no matter what you are going through. God is working on your situation. I know many people like to say "I love you. I got your back. I'll do anything for you" but they don't have the sovereignty to do what they say. Sure they mean well. I am in no way articulating they don't love you. Of course your friends and family love you. They can't provide the love your spirit needs. Only God can and does always love you. Only Yahweh can heal you from sickness and deliver you from yourself. Only the spirit of the highest power dwelling in the earth can always love you when you have done wrong.  

DANG I'M CUTE! At all times you have to speak good to yourself. Ok, so what you gained a little weight or maybe even a lot. Be nice and sweet to yourself. You're always doing it for others, what about you? Change the way your body looks if it bothers you so much. You can do it! Make a workout plan and stick to it. Try a little yoga stretching before you go to bed at night or in the mornings. Find out what work best for your body and stick with it. If you like to work out at the gym then join a health club. Start affirming yourself. Pat yourself on the back sometimes. You won't always get it from people. Your spouse is human just like you so they may forget. Your employees or those you do business with got their own issues. You can't count on them. Take full-time control of being good to yourself. Don't forget to look in the mirror every once in awhile and say how fine you are. Remember how gorgeous you are and say it, or how cute you look today. Say whatever you want to add to yourself that is positive and good.  

This is delicious! You can send this good morning message to your friends and family. Yummy fruits of the spirit to remind us all to eat our best slices daily. Also to check us all when we need it. If you don't have the fruit of the spirit and want to live in it, pray and ask for it. If you have no patience practice having patience. Ask Yahweh for help. If you struggle with any of these breakfast slices you are not alone. I can testify about my struggle with at least two of them. We are all a work in progress but remember that you have to sincerely want (love, joy, peace patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control) it.

Be very careful how you treat people. You never know who is praying for your family, your sickness, your neighborhood, or your life. Lying, being deceitful and manipulative will only add to your own obliteration. When others who don't know you are earnestly praying for you and you are dabbling in forms of wickedness it will all come back on you, like hot coals or even worse. Doing things to people that you think no one can see (but God) will backfire. Yahweh sees everything we do and say. You know wrong from right. Pay attention to the warnings. God always gives warnings before your destruction. The beautiful thing about people who pray for those that aren't aware they are praying for them is, it shows the power of intercession prayer, which falls back to the power of Yahweh. Even if you're not a believer it doesn't matter. If you continue to do what you are doing, especially to those who are praying for you, you will surely have an experience with Yah. The saints (believers) are always praying. It is part of their lifestyle. I was trained in knowing that someone is always praying. They are praying for you too! Thanks for reading! 

We are so blessed. I know there are those folks who believe they are where they are because they worked their butts off to get to the status or incomes they have now. Oh yes, hard work no doubt pays off. It's the best investment that always will yield to increases. Just remember the source that brought you out and say "thank you." If you look back over your life you know God was there in the back of those business deals. Placing the right people in your life to get everything ready for your destiny. It was God plucking those who meant you harm out of the picture but some of you can't even acknowledge Yahweh. Your child got into some legal trouble. Everybody said the judge was mean and unfair. You heard all kind of stuff but the saints were praying with you. By the grace of God and those prayers, your child was given a second chance. You forgotten all about that mercy and grace. You didn't even say "thank you Yahweh." There are folks who have so much. They have everything they want and need. You might just have everything you need but you can still say "thank you." You know the truth. Yahweh has been there all the time watching over you and your destiny. Just say thank you. Practice being gracious. It will take you far in life.

This is what happens when we re-arrange our thoughts towards supporting our own businesses. Why not? There are definitely plenty of black owned black folks businesses. They do have their customer service updated to cater to your needs professionally. I do understand the complaints about your personal experience trying to support some black owned businesses. I do! Seek out those companies that do have their stuff together. If you are a black owned business, try your best to give life to your brand. Take classes and webinars/seminars to learn all you can about the market you chose to fly high in. Reach out for mentors. If you are already doing what others wish to learn from you, please help them. It will not take away from you or your business to deposit some of your wisdom in another. There are many different brands of bread and they all have customers buying their bread. There is enough buying power (especially with black folks) for all of us to live in abundance. Also, listen to your customers. Feedback is always good to have. Even if its personal don't take it personal because you are on your way to the top. Keep growing and glowing. I used to think there had to be a certain time or that I had to wait to get enough of something but I promise you if you just start it, all of the pieces of the puzzle will come together for you.

I told you black women have been grinding hard for the Democratic Party since they learned how to sound out the letter D. What are the Democrats going to do for those black women who keeps on bailing them out? They can start by letting all those black and brown men out of jail who sold Marijuana. How dare you lock up our men, boys and family members for selling Marijuana then turn around and make it legal. Let them ALL out! I don't care how much per pound they sold. The policy is biased and flawed with racism. 

I tried my best not to go DL Hughley crazy! I really like his Instagram account. It is informative. At least it is to me. What did President Obama do for black folks? Tune in and listen. I do agree with Obama's statement when he said, "There is no way in 8 years to make up for 200 years" of not giving black people their full American citizenship. We are still fighting for liberation. Therefore, its way over 200 years of black people crying out to be treated like they matter and for their history and culture to exist, not be suppressed. White supremacy is not easy to get rid of, as we all have witnessed. 

TERRENCE AND RENEE

They say go to the house of God (church) if you want to court good men and women. It's true for Renee and Terrance. God’s Love Math was musically waiting for the right beat all along within their hearts. Renee and Terrance have always been surrounded by each other's brotherly and sisterly love. They had been singing in the church choir together. They both grew up in the same church just as friends. A lot of times your mate is right in front of you but their is preparation needed for the Lord to arrange the union. Renee and Terrence are best friends. They have lots of things in common. They married and are currently living their best lives together with their children. Your love story might be closer to you than you think.
