The title does say this is about controversy. I hope you feel some kind of way. You're supposed to! This edition of controversy is all about paying attention to what's right and what's wrong. SMH!

Do you agree or disagree? Take notes women! What do you think men? I know some women love to change the topic, but this is about men. Please keep that in mind. Sure, men can do things we need but hush and maybe learn something new that can benefit you. Some women know this. Some don't.

Tell me how anyone cannot fall in love with this! Oh, my goodness. I never even knew men did this or witnessed an example of a man nurturing his wife after she gave birth. He is helping her in the most intimate way. Wow! I love this!

Listen to this European man! This man is stating the same facts we have been saying in melanated black communities. They stole our wealth and still profit off of it. I told you that wypipo know our truth. Then they (some) got the nerve to kill affirmative action in college admissions. 

They always lying. If the shoe fit, yeah, I am totally talking about you. As I always say, study your history melanated people. The first Instagram post is from Moor Threads. It is something that YOU KNOW I am in total agreement with if you know me! Of course, it is ok for melanated folks
to focus their economics exclusively on themselves. A lot of other groups do it. When melanated people start doing it the dominant society has a major problem with them engaging to be self-sufficient and glow in their efforts of sustainability. They all know the spending power of black people. They want those dollars to stay in their pockets. Thankfully the narrative is changing. Melanated individuals are snuggling close to wisdom. They have their own gardens and farms. Clothes and material things do not condition their minds. Financial literary helps to bless their history forward, so they bathe in it. 

When you care about your children, you educate them properly and you tell them the truth.  We need our own schools for that. We need things exclusively for us because no one else will do it, or can do it for us, better than us! Just look around. Black folks fighting for the same struggles their ancestors died for. It is utterly imperative for us to have things exclusively for us.

Black oppression? Is that real, or are melanated people making this stuff up? I think we should tune into what Dr. Umar is saying on jaronmaysworks page. It is quite alright if you don't care for Dr. Umar. I don't agree with everything he says. In this Instagram post, he is speaking no lies. Listen to what he is articulating! The foundation of the colonizers put a formula in place that has us all confused, drenched and soaked in division. Their plan has worked. They put the white skin against black skin, religion against religion and man against woman. Europeans have been lied to, thinking they are the superior race (not true). Black folks used to be trained to believe they were. Not anymore. People say there is no superior race. I always heard of the human race. Too bad that isn't the norm. All life came from the womb of a melanated black woman, so why are you guys hating on the melanin? We are all actually family and cousins. Skin color means nothing but that is how they framed it. We are all so used to black oppression and each of us play our roles in it! So, yes, it's real. Melanated people live with oppression every day. We have learned how to navigate it better than others and we keep on rising!

The music business has definitely changed, and Jadakiss has thoughts on why it has gone down.​ Have you listened to your local radio stations lately? I'm talking about this new Hip Hop? It is like punishment! What in the world is going on with these record labels? They push out anything! They allow everything negative. I am in agreement with JadaKiss. I also think Ye (Kanye) was not lying when he mentioned something similar about the music business. Those men and women who own, operate and dominate the music business are quick to call all other groups out but look at what they are doing. They allow the only group they know that has been oppressed in this world to dehumanize their communities and of course themselves and profit off of it tremendously. You do not see "their own" people singing about the crap black artists put in their lyrics. They are proud hypocrites. People want to make it in the music business so bad, they are easy to control and manage. Our ancestors did not die so young and older folks in the music business could taint their bloodlines. Those labels definitely should be held responsible for those violent lyrics. Period.

This was shocking but I am really not surprised. What about you? This is why we need to protect black women and girls. I am talking directly to black men. Your backs should not be bent when it comes to the women in your family and in your community. Straighten your backs up brothers. When things happen to the black woman, we know better than to expect the dominant society to help find them if they are missing, kidnapped or follow up with us on criminal matters. We hope for the best. There are a variety of melanated women who are married (yes) and single. They are all practicing their second amendment rights to bear arms, but they still need men to be men! We need you! Sex trafficking is real. Violence in all areas is prevalent. Thankfully New Era has a bunch of melanated King-Papas that do protect black women. Every state needs a chapter. If you want to start a chapter in your state or city, please do. 

I really wish parents would be more mindful of their surroundings when they are out with their little ones. There are so many kids I could have snatched if I was part of that group of monsters that prey on black women and children. The mom is always in one part of the aisle in the store and the child is often in 2 or 3 aisles
away. Like, please stop, women. Keep your kids and young teens by you! You know if you lost your child or if someone took them your heart would stop. There are people who look just like you who sit in parking lots or go into stores to find their target. Be ye safe, stay prayerful and careful. Command your mornings and evenings with your angels to guard you daily. Pay attention to your surroundings Most importantly, practice your second amendment rights.

Bill and Melinda Gates talk about too much population in our world, and they say we have to get rid of it. How? This man explains what they said. God said be ye fruitful and multiple the land. Then Mr. Bill and Mrs. Melinda Gates said, yall doing too much with all this population on the earth. They said please stop! Wait! Did the Gates create the world (No)? Ok, what about the planet earth (No)? Ok so why are people listening to these people? If they feel like the earth has too many people, it really isn't their lane. Let Yahweh be God. The creator can handle it.

What's going on with these checkerboards and secret hand gestures? I heard these were Hollywood symbols on Soproud2beblack page. Can we say secret society? Be careful what you ask for people. Everyone can't handle being a star or famous. It's not for everybody. 

All of the melanated people who work in journalism or in the media are joining this man in his truth.com choir. We know that they do this! You know it too! They always bring up what the melanated people did. They demonize everything they can. When it comes to "them" Mikey was a troubled kid but he was an A student.
Okay, bump that! Little Mookie grew up in a gang family and dropped out of school to help his mom have some food and he was smart too, but he got caught up in a bad criminal case. They don't care about Lil Mookie, but Mikey reminds them of them! Mikey gets all the symptoms of sympathy +empathy and a slap on the wrist. What you think Mookie gone get?

We need to influence our melanated kids to be the future judges, lawyers, and politicians. We need to be exclusively represented so white supremacy can die and oppression can too! It is a pass due bill, for real.

This last Instagram post is from return2kings. This lady is discussing the topic of men and women relationship. This controversy is very thirsty of common sense smothered in pieces of offense. Listen to her! Oh, my Lord!

SHE SAID RUN FOR THE HILLS

If your woman doesn't have her dad in her life.
If she doesn't believe that men are the prize
if she cannot name 10 books.
If she doesn't go to the gym.
if she doesn't know how to cook home cooked meals.
If she doesn't know what nurturing is.

She said a few more things. Please listen. I understand that a lot of women will jump on the defense and say men don't do these things but please keep in mind this is for the men! Everything is situational. This is her opinion. You don't have to agree!

I only have four words. Grow your own food. Genetically Modified Chicken has been around for a while now. Is this why cancer, diabetes and every other form of sickness is rapid in our land? I do not fully understand how the leaders of this great American nation can allow these atrocities to have its way in our food. Tell me why nothing is being done about these poisons in our foods without telling me nothing is being done. Why aren't these Democrats and Republicans fighting for us to have healthy food and better labels on our food? Do they really think a form of toxic meat is what their constituents want to put in their bodies? I know they don't eat genetically modified meats, willingly. What is The Drug and Food Administration doing (um...nothing)?

Again, why is this inflammatory disease by the name of carrageenan free to roam around the earth in our foods with no consequences? The Food and Drug Administration is not protecting us. This should be illegal guys!

No thank you Mr. Meat Glue! We have all of these rules and regulations in our society to keep us in order that we follow. What happened to stopping meat glue from being in our foods?

Wait, so now we can't even eat salmon? Oh, my, goodness! This is epic. This is really getting on my nerves. The fresh ocean water salmon fish is being eaten up and attacked by the cloned fish. Seriously, why is this permitted? I think it's about time we all band together and demand for our foods to be regulated to protect us. Did someone say plant-based taste? Ok, trying more of that.

Please take heed on these things. I believe it is imperative to help you fight for your health. Feel free to do your own research and use some of these remedies. You have to be your own advocate for yourself and your family. They are not coming to save you. Do you not see what's going on?

Listen very carefully to this. Martin Luther King parents and family members did not experience life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They were murdered.

This antidote of hope is in your men, your sons, and all of your black male family members. Our history is rich. Our ancestors were extremely self-sufficient. They built wealth and left some for their bloodlines. Despite the constant battle to not be viewed as human beings. They soared. I call them King-Papas. 

Artificial intelligence is soon approaching to take over the world. This robot is a stripper. This robot is on a pole gyrating. Lord have mercy on us. Are you guys paying attention to these things? I hope and pray you are.  

This man is super excited about melanin being used to help computer chips. I want to know where these people (wypipo) are getting their melanin from. That's crazy!

Alfred made eating ice cream less messy and neater. Mr. Cralle created the ice cream scooper in 1866. I am sure people who are represented in every race, religion, and sexual orientation have benefited from Alfred's imperative invention. I was surprised to find this out. I recall often, my taste buds snuggling up close to my favorite ice cream and getting ready to use a spoon to scoop up my ice cream instead of a scooper. It can be done but Alfred's scooper is way better to use, especially on a cone. Alfred Cralle's ice scream scooper is perfectly used in all ice cream shops, and in all flavors all over the world. The circular motion of the ice cream scooper really does its job. I need two scopes of real pistachio ice cream, please!

If you do indulge in eating ice cream and you use an ice cream scooper, you have to give honor to the man who engineered the invention. There are other forms of ice cream scoopers, but Alfred is the original ice cream scooper King- Papa. Yes, a melanated black man did that.

Forgive me! This year I wasn't able to do my tribute to the women in my life or to all of the Power-Pretty women I am connected to, as I have done in the past. I planned on doing a little admiration of about 100 women for the month of March this year in 2023. Well, life doesn't always work out the way we plan it! I know this acknowledgement is late because March is almost over, but not yet! You can still read about all of the women who are basically bits and pieces of history. In the past I have proudly introduced the world to all of my Butter-Fly Mamas, which was my inception to writing about women I know, love, and have learned a lot from. It's kind of like my signature. After I came up with the Butter-Fly Mama content Sancti-Fly Mama, and Power-Pretty Mamas leaked out! I make it a habit to uplift women on SFM (Sancti-Fly Mama) incessantly. Women's History Month is all about celebrating women everywhere. I wanted to highlight the melanated women in my community to show how they rock many different shades and waves of grace as women. You can check out the tribute from last year, here.

Words are impactful. The right words can lift a person up or destroy them. Music has the same effect. The lyrics in gospel music only adds to positive vibrations. The best part about gospel music is the entire family can vibe to it. It is very safe. Some songs have lyrics that grieve your spirit, negatively. Music definitely heals people. I am so thankful for the genre of gospel music. I wanted to use all upbeat songs but I decided to use three fast and three slower temple songs to hopefully minister to all who listens in on this edition of Black Music Month.

I absolutely love this song. This is a song that I encourage you to listen to daily. Try to listen to it in the mornings at home or in your car. Nothing is going to bring you down. If it tries to, your positive aura and the lyrics in this song will knock all of that negative energy right out of your way. You are blessed! You will feel quite alright. Try your best to let nothing bring you down.

Welcome to another happy upbeat gospel song. You have to focus in on these dope, sancti-fly lyrics. Nothing is going to stop you but you. Keep affirming your goals, plans and dreams. She said excuses will not help you reach your goals! Ouch, right. If I ever did a video, I would eagerly incorporate skating into it. I love to skate. Lena is telling us to change our thinking. Think outside the box. You got this. This is such an amazing inspirational song.

This other upbeat song by Erica Campbell breaks any low mood and instantly brings you joy. When I hear this song, I will immediately stop what I'm doing to soak in the sun of this song. This song has personally helped me gain positive energy again and again. When the creator of this universe shows you how much you are loved by Yahweh, you will feel it. Even if you don't necessarily listen to gospel music, you will enjoy listening to this. Play this song every day. This is one of my favorite songs of 2022, but I still adore it in 2023.

Throughout our lives we will encounter good days and bad days. Despite any of the chapters we are in, God has shown his goodness to us all. If you journaled the pros and cons of your life and was honest with yourself, I bet you have had some of God's goodness. I am a witness that life can become extremely difficult for some and even worse for others. I pray this song will help those that really need it. May the goodness of Yahweh run after you and chase you down in blessings. 

I believe Yahweh can and will do the impossible for whomever is chosen to get the miracle or blessing. These gospel songs really do help strengthen your faith when you are up against little giants or big ones. God will humble you and those who dare try to fight against you. God will stand against them. You have to believe that Yahweh will do it. 

We have to believe that things will get better in time. The waiting period is such a hard process. Like when God? I don't mean to digress, but I can recall hearing different speakers and preachers say "God will open up the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing that you won't have room to receive it all" ok like when is that going to happen (lol)? Has anyone that you know experienced this? Melanated people give to the black church faithfully. I was just wondering if you know of anyone who has received what they been preaching in Malachi. I don't  know anyone who received such a blessing. Ok back to the song. "Hang on in there" is what we love saying, right? It will get better. It has to.

Mr. Harry Hoosier was an anointed man who preached to the consciousness of white folks and black folks, but especially white folks. He was an African America Methodist preacher in the early 19th century during the Protestant great revival. Harry was respectively known as Black Harry in the 1800s. If you know anything about a church revival, you understand the ingredients in it. Revivals are usually leaking in many breakthroughs and sweet deliverance. The spiritualism of such a religious movements gave Mr. Hoosier a significant amount of influence. People absolutely loved his preaching style. You thought pastors like Bishop T.D. Jakes and Joel Osteen were phenomenal speakers. Maybe they are. Mr. Black Harry was illiterate, but he was an excellent orator. Black Harry swayed and moved his crowds. His evangelism gave him lots of followers that left an indelible mark on the state of Indiana.  

When you drive or visit the State of Indiana and hear the residents of that state or any persons calling themselves "Hoosiers," please remember the last name of Hoosiers came from an enslaved black Methodist preacher by the name of Mr. Harry Hoosier.

​I just can’t believe she is gone. Life is a long shadow of shortness. My 22-year-old daughter passed away in November of 2022. My wife is handling it better than me. I love and appreciate my better half. When I say better, I mean like, she is the best wife and friend. I stay in love with how she has helped me raise our kids. Women are some of the strongest creations that God made. My wife has righteousness in the back of her spine and peace spreading through her thighs up into her mind. I truly don’t know what I would do without her. We had 3 boys and only one girl. Yaneli was the second love of my life. She was in college. She only had one more year left…one more! Yaneli was strong, wise, a daddy’s girl and she loved life. She wasn’t only adorable, smart and beautiful. She was kind. She had a relationship with God. She was a leader. Every summer she tutored all the kids in our family who needed her help. She was a singer. She loved to dance. She played the drums. I can go on and on about my baby. She was my baby. Yaneli was always there for everybody. I miss her so much and my heart is broken. She was planning to start her own business then go to law school for business law. Yaneli was coming home for Thanksgiving break and some crazy sick person with mental issues shot up their school. Yaneli was trying to leave or run, and she got caught in the crossfire. This has turned into an uncomfortable situation. 
 
My wife and I have several friends and family members who also had children attending the same University as Yaneli. My sister’s son and my best friend’s daughter were also at that school. My wife’s cousin and two of her best friends had kids there as well. We kind of planned it that way so they could all be close together. All of their kids came home. Not my Yaneli. I feel some kind of way about that. I am in counseling now with my wife. It’s so hard! Why couldn’t it have been their kids and not mine? All of our kids would ride back home together for their holiday breaks but not this time. My baby is gone. I just didn’t picture all of this happening so unexpectedly. I also didn't understand why our family and friends kept saying "Merry Christmas" and "Happy New Years" to me. There was certainly NOTHING happy about it! They were all so irritating. I was caught up in the spirit of being annoyed by them. I am sure they were just not thinking. I tend to ignore text messages when they send me the “how are you doing” messages on my phone. It irks me so bad, so I ignore it! Of course, my wife encouraged me about things getting better with time. All I know is that my life is forever distant with a void. It won’t be the same without my beloved Yaneli. I learned that there are 5 stages of grieving. I am still somewhere in that process. I never even knew about the 5 stages. 
 
At Yaneli’s funeral I didn’t want to view the body. I just wanted to remember her the way I last saw her. My wife didn’t make a big deal about it. Can you believe that I had family members who didn’t understand my way of grieving, but I didn’t care. They wouldn’t even allow me to grieve the way I wanted to grieve without attacking me with their misunderstandings. Everyone grieves differently. Too bad they were not sensitive enough to understand that. It wasn’t like it was their kid. They still have their children. It was my child. They can still enjoy their kids. This is so uncomfortable!
 
I feel so uncomfortable seeing my best friend daughter and my sister’s son come back alive and not my Yaneli. Why couldn’t it have been their kids or my wife’s friends' kids? I know I should not feel this way, but I really do! Maybe God knew my wife and I could sustain this kind of loss. Maybe our other family members and friends couldn’t. I don’t know but I wish Yaneli could still be here. I feel so uncomfortable being around them and seeing them with their daughters! Every time I see them it reminds me of my Yaneli not being with me. The entire ordeal gets on my nerves! The best thing to do for people is to pray for them. Give them their time and space!

It's been a while since we've flirted with new words and phrases that we tend to use or overuse just because we can. It all started in 2018, remember? Now I try to promote using and abusing words that you should or should not be using. As a society, we can go overboard with articulating these words. Something is not right with you if you do not put these words in your vocabulary. It is time to use these two words, or um, please stop!

UNALIVED

​Un means not. It's a prefix. Alive means you are blessed to be here in the land of the living. Unalive means you dead. Sorry, no time for euphemisms. You must use this word! Please start. If you are making up a story (do it,) or witnessed the real deal (hope not), do not withhold your tongue from saying this word by any means necessary. This word means to simply kill a person, but just like any other new word, we just have to overuse this word. Welcome to recycling the word kill for unalive. Do your due diligence and vibe with the word unalive. I'm trying to tell you the word kill is totally obsolete. Folks will look at you like they want to unalive you if you say, "Jason killed Freddy Krueger." Naw, you have to start saying he unalived Freddy. In the most theatrical way. Your local news channel will most likely have their news anchors reporting the news and using this word. "The story we reported on last week concerning a minor child that went missing after midnight, found unalived was not true. We would like to apologize for giving out the wrong information. The child is alive and was found unharmed. Thank you." The misrepresentation of this word is bananas. You might as well join in.

He said he was going to unalive me if I didn't do what he said. Gurl bye. I'm still here.

Yo' your cousin is crazy. She had her dog attack me. The dog tried to unalive me, man!

REACHING (YOU REACHING)

Don't we just love using this phrase! Are you reaching? So, what if I am. He is reaching, you reaching, she reaching yo mama'em reaching, your entire army is reaching. What are they reaching for? Is it a can of food? No. Are they reaching for the sky? Um, maybe, don't know. On social media the word "reaching" is in place when one person thinks the other person is saying or sharing something to get more followers or steal some of yours. It could be false, or true. Are you lying or making stuff up so you can gain more followers? You reaching. It's like the person has some form of creative content and they say things to get people to be a fan of their page. Go ahead and reach all you want but please stop using the terminology just to hear your voice crack (lol).

Old McDonald's Farm wasn't in the hood. You know it was in the suburbs. You reaching!

What other words do we use and abuse? Can you think of some?

It was all a dream, I used to watch Beauty and the Beast, Terminator and even Avatar came on my scene (in 3D). Then, a Power-Pretty Mama named Valarie Thomas made the movie industry sing the magical tunes of 3D images. Valeria Thomas created the illusion transmitter. In 1980 Valeria received her patent. The illusion transmitter is an image creation for 3D objects. Ms. Thomas used her comprehensive methods to impact the world. We went from 2D movie images to the 'blacknificence' of Valeria's 3D ingenuity. Valeria Thomas used her black girl magic, and she proliferated her excellence in all of her essence. Her signature is everywhere. You can do it too!
