 What is going on with this frozen selection of foods, now? Listeria has infected the frozen waffles. Be careful. Pretty soon we all will be growing our own food. Pay attention to the food you eat?  There has been a recall on waffles from Target and Walmart stores. Where is all this listeria coming from?

This Pandora Jazz music is the best gift you can give yourself. Yesterday was October 16. It was National Boss Day. I always go by the title of the song. The music never disappoints. All of the jazz songs are amazing, but I select my favorite ones by the title. I mean, who doesn't think the phrase "I'm Waiting For You" is an attention grabber. It's sweet and so romantic. Jackiem knew what he was doing when he came up with this one.  New Beginnings Cheers to new beginnings. Like a new career, new business new spiritual power, new family, new location, and newness inside of you. It's your time for more joy, peace, love and all the things your little heart desires! Welcome to all of your new beginnings. I was initially attracted to the title, but Albright put something so magical in this piece. The music is everything! The cool thing about this song is being in the thick of whatever your new beginning is as you listen to the music with the title stuck all around you. It's your new beginning man/woman. I hope you delightfully bask in it!  Melting (feat. Alex Crown) Lord have mercy on you! Jonathan Fritzen got you reminiscing about that time the one you adored kissed your hand and you melted. What about that time the girl of your dreams picked you up, pampered you, and then took you out. You melted. You appreciated her doing the driving and planning. We know that in this life we will have our ups and our downs. We will fall and get back up. After all of the waiting, melting and all of our wonderful memories of our new beginnings we have to believe that everything is going to be alright. This jazz song by Ben Tankard is a good reminder of that. It's all going to work out so well for you. Everything is going to be alright. Believe that.  I am right 'black' at it again in a whirlwind of eagerness to share a glorious story about 3 melanated men (that wins) who created a national black-owned culinary business. The food is purposely healthy choices of dinner meals. Allow me to reintroduce the truth to some and then welcome back all of the other brothas and sistas rocking non-stopping support for MacroBites. When I think about Dave Lewis, Jarrette Akins, and Fritz Georges, it's clear to me that these men are the real definitions of, inspiration, dedication, and motivation. It is such a big deal to witness how they were in and out of jail, but they changed their lives. Folks need to hear about these stories. There should always be films and movies made about men like Dave, Jarrette and Fritz. They were passionate about health and wellness, and they were inspired to do something about it. Dave Lewis, Jarrette Akins, and Fritz Georges certainly did not let their past convictions hinder them. They were motivated to become good assets in their communities as entrepreneurs. They joined forces to create a new wavelength of thunder. It's called MacroBites. All three of these melanated black men are amazing thinkers. They all believed that they could, so they did. They changed their lifestyles and mindset. They are better men, fathers and husbands because they made choices to dedicate themselves to be better men. This story proves that a lot of hustlers and drug dealers just had their energy shifted in the wrong place. They make the best businessmen. This is why we are taught not to look down on others. You don't know who people will be one day. You might need them to help you out. Humble yourself. Haughtiness doesn't look good on anyone so do not wear it. I am speaking to those individuals who truly want to see black folks thriving economically in full freedom. This is how we collectively kill (um die) every single layer of racism and white supremacy. May you manifest the BEST, THINK with economic lens to win and stay UNIFIED. Start supporting your own. Buy black, ensuring that all our wealth stay in our own back pockets, lanes or in our own communities, thus, giving our young folks jobs. It is the only way! You're welcome to jump right on in, to support Black-owned Black dollars and cents, like MacroBites. There is a shift in the universe. It is time to get on board. Excuses can't be used. Let's do it!  Let's raise our glasses and wallets up high to continue letting the sunshine burn a super sustainable "S" on Dave, Jarrette, and Fritz chest, carved in extremely bright pages of success.  Lawrence Lee Wallace Deep Production Films Sancti-Fly Movies are in your mix in honor of October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Pay attention to your loved ones and intervene if you have to. Relax and take some time out for yourself to de-stress. "It Ends With Us" is a must-see movie.  This movie was authored by Collen Hoover and then it was made into a movie. It is an excellent movie. If you know any women or men going through this kind of abuse, please try getting them to watch it with you. The love story was beautiful, but the price wasn't worth it. Usually, this type of power and control appetite is instigated by men over women but there are some men who endure domestic abuse from women. I was glad to see how it ended. You will too! I know that sometimes some of us go through a lot with those we love. Love should be safe and not make you afraid or physically assault you. You are worthy of all the goodness the creator has for you. This film came out over the summer in August so it may not be in some theaters. You can catch this movie in Crestwood Illinois, at the AMC Theater. You can also watch this movie on cable or any of your streaming devices.

 The Whoochie Coochie Mama Each night little Jayce struggles to sleep and rest peacefully due to his parents being hypersexual adults. Every night and in the morning, he hears them moving their bedroom furniture around which is very loud to prepare for their "private time." He also hears his mom mostly moaning a lot more than his dad. He is 8 years old going on 25 years old. He has two older siblings, a brother that's 18 and a sister that is 17. Jayce is autistic and extremely intelligent. He often hears his older siblings talking and laughing about how loud their parents are. They say other things too, and Jayce hears it all. Jayce heard them call their parents hypersexual creatures. Jayce is still grieving from the family dog they just lost. It is 3 am. His parents wake him up, again, out of his sleep. Jayce walks down the hallway and knocks on his parents' door. Jayce:(knocking on his parent's door) Mom, I can't sleep you are too loud. I can hear you and dad having sex. Mom, mom! Can I come in to talk? Can you and dad move in the basement? Even Jason and Jaden talk about your noise too.
Mom:(surprised) Honey, stop! Jayce is at our bedroom door. Shhh, wait. I said stop. Dad: (shocked) He's what? Tell him to go back to bed! It's 3 am. He should be in the bed. Mom: (opens door halfway) Sweetie go back to bed ok. Mommy has a sleeping disorder and sometimes I snore loud. I am so sorry I woke you up. Dad is at work. Remember, dad works late hours. Go back to bed, ok. Jayce: (irritated) Mom, why are you acting like a liar? You are lying to me. You taught me never to lie. Dad sells cars. He does not work overnight. And why are you guys moving your bedroom furniture around every night and morning? It is very annoying. Why is dad creeping around like he's not here. I know dad is in there. I know about the birds and the bees, mom. I know the difference between moaning and snoring. You do both to make it seem like its only snoring. Jaden and Jason say you sound like a beast. They hear it too! Mom (angrily...yelling) I SAID GO TO BED NOW JAYCE! SCHOOL STARTS SOON. (shuts the door in Jayce face) Jayce: (smirking) Yes ma'am. Ok, going back to bed. Well, are you cheating on dad because the man in the room with you is definitely stimulating your vagina. Like every night! We all hear YOU doing the whoochie coochie mom. Mom & Dad (blank stare) 😑😯 Even when you think that they don't know, they know. 💕 |
