I really need to share this. This has been happening forever, but it seems like these people are growing more and more bolder in human trafficking and in their quest of pedophilia. Protect all women and girls but especially black women and girls.

“Doctor's advice to all women for 2025.”
Some very important advice from a doctor to all women. The advice is simple and clear. Please share it with every woman you care about so we all can be alive, get healthier and be better in 2025!!! 
 
1. You cannot complete all household chores in one day. Those who did are gravely ill and some have already been buried.

 2. Please make time to rest. There's no sin in sitting down, putting your legs up on the table and popping popcorn while reading a book or just relaxing.
 
3. Please sleep if you need to, that headache will go away. 
 
4. Stop taking sedatives to sleep, you destroy your brain and organs. At some point you'll notice you start forgetting things. Relax the brain, worry less, think less, smile more. Everything passes with time.

 5. Sometimes quietly sit outside alone, do nothing, say nothing, just admire God's handwork, breathe fresh air calmly. Do not hurry.

 6. Stand by your mirror, smile at yourself, dance, sing, that will create a positive aura around you so you can glow.
 
 7. Buy yourself a snack or two or a drink if you choose. Just do something for yourself so you unload things in your head.
 
 8. Buy the necessary gadgets for your home to ease your work and avoid stress. Stress is the biggest silent killer of women.
 
  9. If you don't feel well, say so, do something about it, go to a health center, hospital or call a nurse nearby, don't sit still. Your life matters.
 
 10. Check your blood pressure and sugar levels occasionally, whether you are sick or not. It has saved many women in the past. Trust me in this.
 
Don't forget to share with all the women you love and help them enjoy 2025 in good health and abundance. Ladies, this is a reminder to all of us. We are important and should take care of ourselves. Love, prayers, hugs & many blessings always. ❤️

If you are walking out of your house to go somewhere, look around like you are very important (um because you are) and quickly move about like the paparazzi is following you. 😂😂

Pay attention to these important Illinois new mentions. If you have to leave that heavy scent in the atmosphere of your car, Illinois police can now invade that part of your privacy.

If you love to smoke those trees (weed) you have a fight coming your way boys and girls. The Illinois Supreme Court has ruled that if a police officer in that state pulls you over and your car is leaking in the high frequency smell of marijuana you could have your car searched. That will most likely lead to other things. Be careful weed smokers in Illinois. Of course, black and brown people will be the target. You already know that. I just don't like it when those who do smoke weed are by my car and the smell is coming over in my car. Like really! Some of you guys who partake in smoking marijuana have the smell all on you in public. As soon as you get out of your car the smoke is hitting everyone. You're the ones who will get pulled over. If they made it legal in Illinois, why is this new law even on the books. What is really going on?
