This controversial piece is kind of like my Twitter Tweets of The Week. I cruise around Twitter and talk about many random things trending but this time it will be with post from Instagram. Sometimes there is audio so please don't forget to click on the links in purple to listen in. I dedicate this controversy towards the black liberation for black people and black agendas of freedom in all nations! Enjoy! Senator Tim Scott claims to be from the south his entire life. He said America is in no way a racist country. That's in the past! There is no way black people are dealing with any of the same things they once struggled in, according to T. Scott. Its not like black folks are at the low end of the totem pole, no matter what they contribute to society or how high their accomplishments. They love our culture but still see us as not good enough or just the n-word. Tim Scott thinks it is only a few sprinkles of discrimination, nothing to get concerned about. Well, let's see, entrepreneurs with melanated skin still have a difficult time getting loans. They use their own savings or look for other routes. The wealth gap is systemic. We still have a system that allows for melanated people to be discriminated against. Did you hear about the story when a black couple used their white friend to get what they deserved for their home value? The same systemic DNA is also part of our educational, criminal justice, medical systems and many more. Where have you been Mr. Scott? This retired officer is the number one reason why Tim Scott just might be wrong about America not being a racist country. He divulgates all the secrets of how the police (some) officers interact unfairly with people of color and I emphasize black people. For some odd reason, fully armed white mass murderers can always be taken alive. This retired police officer is telling us why. There are no laws written to protect black men and boys. What they have done and continue to do in this country is wrong when it comes to policing melanated Americans. To be clear, I mean black peoples (yes with an ebonic s). Here is another form of evidence that proves Mr. Scott is erroneous. This black man looks suspicious because he is driving a nice car. Why is this still an issue? This young black man (like so many others), was racially profiled. This happens only to those with richer melanin in their skin. It is tolerated by our America! If white boys and men were being harassed or stopped at a disproportionate rate by the police, some form of accountability would be put in place to curve it. This would be dealt with quickly. When you are raised to devalue another person's life this is often the result. Police officers are trained with this type ingrained pattern at the high cost of mental wellness in the black and brown communities. How are these teachers hiding underneath their professions getting away with all of this racism in our schools with our kids? This man had the audacity to do and say what he did because he felt entitled to. He thinks nothing is going to happen to him. Welcome to more black experiences that refutes all those folks in denial about racism and America sleeping together. Nothing else is needed to be said. But if the black community does not increase their economic and political power, this will continue. I wonder what Juan thinks about all the voter suppression rearing its ugly head in the face of black folks. Mr. Juan agrees with Tim and the vice president. They sing and hum the tunes that America is not a racist country. I do not agree with them, at all. We still can't seem to get the "liberty and justice" for all part to match the truth of our American pledge song. Wow! So parents get thrown into jail if they spank or hit their kids but the school principal thinks she can take someone's child and hit them with a paddle? I do not agree with this. Shame on them.
