Williams Marcellus is not a perfect man but according to DNA evidence he is not the man who murdered Felicia Gayle Picus. Marcellus has claimed that he was innocent since his arrest in1998. The Innocence Project and a host of others are fighting for him to avoid execution on September 24, 2024. Thats just in a few days.
If he is innocent of this crime, why is he still being scheduled for execution? The evidence was contaminated. It's not like it has never happened.
