Turn those frowns into smiles by changing the vibration. Yes, it happened, and it was probably not good. It might have been negative, but you have the power within yourself to focus on positive, uplifting happy thoughts. No one is trying to be unrealistic and say you can't have your angry moments or whatever moments you wish to have. Just try not to stay there too long. This does require mental practice from you.
