I know you’ve heard it before on SFM. I have to repeat it again. My family and friends rock harder than the wind! They are disciples of the “I can do it movement.” They are extremely fluent. No excuses. They will hold you to it; rocking high in accountability. Isn’t that what we all need? If you get a little weak they don’t judge. They understand. They will blow you up in the limelight of their strength. If your love cup is particularly low, they will give you an overflow filled with unconditional milk and honey love. You’ll be renewed by the spirit of their kind minds coupled with the sacrifice of their precious time. Their kinetic energy of memories doesn’t mean we have to always see each other to be connected spiritually. We are one; united because of God’s light. Communication through different networks or hanging out in person is time not taken for granted.
If you are wrong they will tell you. They will advise you to get it right, but with affection will they say it, in love. They watch their tones so emotions stay low. When you are right they are willingly ready to help you defeat the enemy; winning the fight. They are partakers of conviction; not always passing the test but trying their best to clothe themselves in humility and civility. The pressures of their prayers precipitates great faiths. They make ways to pray until the situation is drained! Not only one time! My family and friends rock harder than the wind. I just had to say it again! I am truly blessed to be surrounded by love. I sometimes (okay, a lot) send out love-texts in effect; emails too. They send their sweet treats right back on me! Their patience makes intercession for an earnest expectation to travail in hope (yes I’ve taken notes); sowing seeds of belief that bleed red letters titled, “More Than Conquerors; Unstoppable!”
For I am persuaded that neither sufferings, disappointments, reconciliation, misunderstandings, different states, same-sex mates, religion, marriage or singleness, new careers, children, “made-at-you-moments” nor principalities shall be able to separate me from my family and friends who rock stronger than the wind with me and for me! I am TRULY blessed to have them in my life!
