Welcome to inspirational warfare drenched in Power-Pretty Mamas like Angela Basset, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong’o and Letitia Wright. These ladies exemplified the scar of feminine warriors blissfully; reverence twisted in instruments of empowerment. There was so much confidence, grace and fierceness all over the place. These women characterized the elevation of bravery, strength and advancement in the movie Black Panther. Letitia Wright played a Power-Pretty Mama genius in Black Panther, as Shuri. Can you imagine the positive ramifications this conception gave to black children; seeing a black teenager as an important jewel of advanced technology? Awesome sauce stains was penetrating their brains. Danai Gurira (Okoye) was a Power-Pretty Mama leader of an all-female army and spy along with Lupita Nyong’o (Nakia). Their power was oh so pretty! Angela Basset played a Power-Pretty Mama Minerva as Queen Ramonda. They shined so bright in Black Panther it hurt my eyes in the best way. They are my Power-Pretty Mamas for Women's History Month! YES! YES! YES! This was me BEFORE I heard there was a movie titled the Black Panther coming out in February of 2018. I was counting down the days with my fist raised high in the air; free to believe good old-fashioned black girl magic was on the way. It is currently spreading everywhere! I believe I won all kind of gold medals in my mind because I was doing ninja splits and kicks in excitement. I was thinking about how to get all of my family and friends together so we could get our tickets in advance. I was ecstatic! Most of my joy came from knowing little black boys and girls would get to witness an all-black cast full of black super heroes with black women playing a major role as the lead heroines. WAKANDA FOREVER! This was me AFTER I saw the film Black Panther. When I saw Lupita (Nakia), Danai (Okoye), Angela (Queen Ramonda) and Letitia (Shuri), all I could say was they rocked GIRL POWER non-stop in Black Panther excellence! I can't even try to deny this movie was seriously Sancti-Fly! I desired to see it again after I saw it the first time. It lived up to every drip of the hype to me! I don't mind seeing these Power-Pretty Mamas give light, liberation and love endlessly. A lot of my friends and family have seen Black Panther 3 or 4 times. The cast of Black Panther's attire was on fire! It was so heartwarming to see the beauty of the unity with Power-Pretty Mamas leading the way. Wait, you know I have to say it one more time with my arms and hands folded like an X. Yes, WAKANDA FOREVER! I believe it is time for all those untold black narratives that are waiting to be shared with the world, divulgated. We already know the appetite is just ripe for an expensive craving in light of the successful movie and impact Black Panther had on the black community. Black Panther also shook up the world in a positive way. It told the world oh yes, black people are marketable, in a flaming hot kind of way! African Americans (black) desire to see black people in film, advertising and everywhere else! There is an unforgettable audience waiting to pay their money to see the inclusion. I have no doubt there are more Power-Pretty Mamas coming to the stage to help change the game. Power-Pretty Mama writers, producers, directors, and visionaries, please take your positions and rock your mission. Tell it when it's right! Tell it with all of your Sancti-Fly might! Tell it like only you can! Timing is everything! It is time ladies! It is your time!
