Alfred made eating ice cream less messy and neater. Mr. Cralle created the ice cream scooper in 1866. I am sure people who are represented in every race, religion, and sexual orientation have benefited from Alfred's imperative invention. I was surprised to find this out. I recall often, my taste buds snuggling up close to my favorite ice cream and getting ready to use a spoon to scoop up my ice cream instead of a scooper.
