I walk in humbleness
I bare my all down to my soul to say this
I thank YOU for YOUR kindness
But mostly for YOUR Mercy and Grace
I know sometimes I slip and go astray
I know I must gather my thoughts and pray
For it is another blessed filled and peaceful day
Sometimes
My mind
Drifts and I can't see clear
But I know in my slumber YOU are always a listening ear
When I fall short YOU make up the distance
When I want to give up YOU push me to be persistent
YOU allow me to endure all things
I lift my voice and all do praises to YOU I sing
Even when it's a tab bit off key
YOU still smile down upon me

There are times I want to let it all go
Then there's a surge of energy it comes from where I don't know
It sends my body into a different realm of reality
Times passes and it seems like causally
Because the moment has come and gone
Then I only realize through YOU I get my strength I am mighty and strong
Down to the very of my core
It's YOU I give my all to because it's the beauty in YOU that I adore
YOU loved me before I knew what love was or truly is
YOU have all the answers to life's quiz
