Dear Black People,

Listen up! Listen really well. There is a lovely 22-year-old woman in tears due to some folks in our community not practicing good parenting skills. She is a ballet teacher and a college student. This young lady has the sagacity to advocate for the five-year-old children that are in her class. In her eyes these little girls are so very precious because she is passionate about what she does. She has been having a traumatic experience with your bad disrespectful kids. She doesn't yell. She suggests breathing exercises. She is very kind, professional and gentle with her students. Your kids are telling her to shut up when she tries to redirect their behavior. Your kids cannot sit still in class. Your kids have a problem. Seek some intervention and help. They are rude with terrible attitudes at five. Your kids are violent in ballet class, and you think that is normal? Is this why teachers are all quitting? You're not parenting your kids. Why? I didn't even know who Sexxy Red was or the song Pound Town until I watched this video. Why do you guys approve and applaud bad behavior? Do you think it's cute that your kids have no basic comprehension skills? Oh, but you are proud of your little girl twerking for you. She said your kids are horrible and hard to deal with. Are you proud of that?
She truly cares about the purpose inside your children that the creator placed inside of them, and you are failing at your job. You know it's pathetic when you have a 22-year-old woman that cares more about your child than you do!

If your child doesn't respect authority at 5, what do you think is going to happen to them when they are older?  I already warned you about the agenda within the educational system. Please be prepared to have a big whole in your heart if you do not make a change to help your children. Your children will be in trouble with this criminal justice system. You are setting them up for it. You have a chance to stop it now!

I agree with this young woman. Shame on you if you have young children in a school behaving this way. It is time for you to make some changes. If you have rachet family and friends that fit these descriptions, please show them this video. I hope they do get offended so their children can be saved from being future criminal defendants. This ballet instructor is thinking about removing herself from teaching your kids and I do not blame her. This young teacher brought up some excellent points. This is so sad! I believe if she was older those kids would have been kicked out. I am thankful for her bringing awareness to these issues.

On my quest to invest in having more peace, I told myself I would soak my mind and anxiety into some Pandora Jazz at night. It is working out extremely well. I thought writing about listening to jazz music from Pandora would be a one-time thing but its more than that. I feel like I am in some kind of groovy twilight zone. It's weird. Pray for me (lol). Maybe it's just me having so much on my mind but this Pandora Jazz Station is addictive. I feel like the songs are related to my life or the songs are in my thoughts. It's really ineffable but I am drawn to the music. I have to listen to it every day and every chance I get. Not just at night. It makes me feel so good. It is relaxing jazz music. I know it sounds crazy but maybe that's just how it is for everyone else. Check out these new loaves of love. Relax.

I love Julian just like I love a new pair of lipstick. Julian Vaugh is my newest love. Please take some time out of your busy schedule and listen to Julian. After years of love flowing in the right direction some ingredients of love are helpful and very attractive. Not if you're sentenced and convicted to federal prison. When our emotions are high or we are in our feelings it can become very finicky in our atmosphere and challenging to communicate with those we claim we love, especially our partners. Some folks completely shut down. Others are skilled in pausing for a few minutes and coming back prepared to talk it out. Based On Fake Drugs

This love couple have both received a total of 35 years' time in federal prison for greediness. They were both part of a 126-million-dollar fraudulent scam and the government came to collect their money with heavy fines and jail time. Mr. John Cruise and LaShonia Johnson already had money! Cruise and Johnson owned a pharmacy (Assurance Consolidated Pharmacy) in Texas. Cruise and Johnson also owned a restaurant in Houston, Texas and a jazz lounge. I surmise John and LaShonia just couldn't get enough of their lavished lifestyles. 

Mr. John Cruise and Ms. LaShonia Johnson conspired with almost a dozen other individuals to defraud the United States Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (DOL-OWCP) and a health care program that they used and abused as a cryptic agenda to get federal workers and claimants to join their business. Cruise and Johnson owned a company called Injured Federal Workers Advocate Association (IFWAA). They presented deceptive and falsified claims to government agencies for prescription, compounded and other drugs given to injured federal workers. The drugs weren’t based on the patients' need. They based it off of reimbursement greed. Of course, they did not care about the patients. 

Why do melanated folks still think they can do what "the others" have been doing (for years)? You can't. Pay attention. When this all came out this powerful love couple received the harshest punishment out of all the other individuals involved. Are we surprised? No. You cannot do what they do melanated (black) people. The government will get you! You know they are watching you more closely than any other group. 

​When we patronize different restaurants or businesses, we never really think about the owners or know what we are supporting. Hopefully most companies are honorably following the law.  We really won’t know unless they are exposed.

Suicide by Blacks or Lynching Back

Do we smell smithereens of strange fruit in our melanated midst? Did this young woman give up on life? What happened to 30-year-old Lubrin? On September 28, 2023, Ms. Yolna Lubrin's body was mysteriously found hanging from a tree in Orlando, Florida. The Orlando Police Department are convinced that Yolna killed herself. The family of Yolna Lubrin do not believe she committed suicide. Most melanated communities and families think of the word lynchings when they hear any stories about melanated (black) people being hung from a tree. Look up the history of lynchings. This government allowed lynchings against melanated folks.

There appears to be a different twist to the death of Yolna Lubrin. According to The NCBeat, there is a possibility that other people played some type of role or involvement in murdering Yolna Lubrin. Could there possibly be no evidence of racial injustice? What if someone who looked like Yolna Lubrin killed her and wanted to make it seem like white folks lynched her. We know that she did not place herself up on a tree. That didn't happen. Someone did that to her. If you ask anyone who understands melanated history, they know that lynchings never stopped. Be very careful in these streets. These kinds of stories aren't positive, but it definitely will bring awareness to everyone. Especially young women. Stay safe and alert. 

Gimmie Ah Chance for Hands up Don't Shoot

This story is possibly full of inadequacies. The family and attorney of Stephen Perkins says he never had a chance to surrender. The Perkins Family said the beloved father and husband was ambushed by the police. It absolutely makes no sense. A lot of folks don't really care too much about stories like this unless it happens to them or their family. Malcolm X was very correct. You should always make it your business to care about what happens to your brothers and sisters if you are a melanated man or woman. This could've been your brother or your husband. As a matter of fact, it could have been any law-abiding male melanated family member of yours. There are many questions that just doesn't make sense. Even if you are not a melanated person this can be a possibility. If you know that a person is trying to repossess your car but has the wrong address and person, what would you do? The person who came to the house of Stephen Perkins obviously had the wrong address or information. 

Whether Perkins allegedly had a gun or not shouldn't equal death. If Stephen Perkins was a European male and a man came to repossess his car on his property, the story would have had a different narrative. European men who are gun owners are not going to let you take their vehicle if they know you have not double checked your records to make sure you have the right information and person. They will boldly pull out their guns in a quick second and remain alive if you so happen to call the police. The thing about European men is, once he tells the tow truck driver that he has the wrong address, he is believed. This benefit of the doubt is rarely ever given to melanated men. Stephen Perkins should still be here. Even if the repossession agent called the police because the white male allegedly pulled out his gun, I bet that white man would still be alive. They never rush to draw their guns on those who look like them. Perkins lost his life over this when the person could have made sure he had the correct information. Why do society act like Europeans are the only human beings allowed to legally have guns or practice their second amendment rights? 

Brennan Been Here Before

Do you believe that reincarnation is real? I think all things are possible in the spiritual realm. There are things that cannot be explained. This woman wanted to have kids, so she adopted Brennan. At the age of six, Brennan told the mother that God sent him down on a white horse and he woke up as a little boy. Also, that because God knew her desire to have children he was placed in her care. One day she asked Brennan if he was ever a grown up and little Brennan said yes, he was. He said he was a grown man before he fell off of the roof and died. I believe her story. What do you think? Maybe it's just his imagination.

This man in this video is telling us how to fight disease with naturally healthier foods and ingredients. It certainly won't hurt you to check it out. But some of the things folks post on social media are not always accurate. Do your own research before you give credence to this information.

1) He says not to eat bacon because bacon is bad for you. It adds parasite to your body. Instead start eating mushrooms. Mushrooms are electric food. Mushrooms help destroy cancer and many more diseases. 

2) Process sugars destroy your bones, cause cancer, diabetes, damage nerves, and your brain. Use Blue Agave/Date Syrup Natural Sweeteners instead.

3) I never heard of this one, but he says that paprika is bad for your kidneys and liver. Cayenne pepper helps reduce inflammation, helps with blood circulation and other things.

5) Dairy products cause arthritis, cancer, diabetes, respiratory problems brittle bones and other health problems. Make your own milk by using brazil nuts, hempseeds, walnuts and natural spring water.

“Everybody always says, well, we complain about stuff, but we never get up and do anything. This is me getting up and doing something.” Judge Hanif Johnson 

Judge Hanif Johnson is an example of why you should be encouraged to never give up on your children or any young people who perhaps challenges you as a parent. We don't know what the creator of the universe has predestined for them or who they will become. Judge Hanif Johnson was arrested a few times before he decided to change his life. Johnson was always fighting and getting in some form of trouble. When Johnson joined the track team at his school his thinking began to shift. It saved his life. Johnson won the state championship at his high school. He is very involved in coaching track and field at Harrisburg High School.

In the State of Pennsylvania, you don't have to have a law degree to be a judge. I believe that all states should adopt this policy. Hanif Johnson became the first Magistrate District Judge in Pennsylvania at the age of 27 in 2017. People in his community thought he was too young to run for judge in his town of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. When they saw he was serious they supported him. Johnson did attend Penn State University and became the president of the fraternity, Omega Psi Phi (Que Dogs). During his leadership, Hanif was accused of hazing. He 
went to jail for two weeks and beat the trial. The reality of his life being in the palms of someone else's hands pushed Johnson in the right direction. Johnson wanted to get involved in the judicial system because he wanted to help people who looked like him and he didn't like how he was treated. He ran and he won!

Do not let naysayers tell you what you can't do. Do not listen to them when they tell you that you are too young or too old. Do it anyway. You're just ripe to be the change in another person's life. You are the 'thirsty' that is needed in diversity. 
You will never know if you don't try. Remember that your gifts and assignments 
are connected to other people's destiny. May you bathe in inspiration and bring levels of new hope to people in this world just like Judge Hanif Johnson.

RONALD AND LINDA GRIFFIN 

She is a gift from God, and he treats her like his good thang. He is her hero. She treasures him and she honors him as her gift too! The love story of Mr. Ronald and Mrs. Linda Griffin is non-fiction (real). It's absolutely a blessing to learn from their love story so we can add some of their wisdom to all of our relationships. I of course took the liberty to add a few ingredients of fiction. Ronald was 25 when he met Linda. Linda was 17. Ronald didn't waste any time putting a ring on her finger. He married her within a few months of meeting her. I guess when you know, you know. Linda was crazy about Ron. She purposely lured him to her by wearing her hot pants. Ron fell hard when he saw her sexy legs. Mr. Ronald had forgotten all about the other women that were chasing him when Linda hooked him tightly with her legs. They say men always know when you're the one before women do. Well, 50 years later, through trials and tribulations they are still in love and rocking beautiful black love. 

Linda tries her best to keep their love adventurous. There are no boring days if Linda has her way. If her husband wants conversation, a picnic in bed or a walk outside together, Linda makes it her business to give him whatever he wants. He is the air in her lungs. Linda has experienced love and respect in her marriage with Ronald. They are best friends. Linda loves cooking for her man. God has blessed their union with five decades of love. They make it a habit to make each other happy. They were married on August 14,1971. When Linda saw Ron, he was fine in her eyes. Ron was the best challenge that she won. She claimed him and manifested her relationship with him. They were so meant to be together.

Ronald Griffin displayed his exceptional love for Linda early. He tried to play it off like he wasn't into her, but he was. After the first time of meeting Linda, he could not stop thinking about her. He treats Mrs. Griffin like a queen because he trusts her. Ron makes her feel important and special at all times. It took him awhile to learn how but he has mastered it. When he laid eyes on Linda, Ronald thought she was a beautiful black woman. Ron still adores and spoils her. Ronald Griffin warns men not to grow into complacency. Mr. Griffin advises men to not take their wives or partners for granted. If you stop taking care of things or people that need care, it isn’t going to work in your favor. Growth will be stunted. Whatever you need to do to please him or her, go right ahead and do it. Put each other first. Trust and respect are the main components in the Griffins marriage. Mr. Griffin declares that if you do not have trust and respect for each other in your relationships, it is not going to work. Prayer is another important factor that Mr. Griffin says couples need to incorporate into their relationships.

Sundown Towns are still alive. Granted, there are many different groups of people who have their own ethnic communities, but all people are welcome to go visit their town and they don't have to rush out before the sun goes down. It's amazing that Sundown towns are allowed to still practice how to discriminate against black folks. If these were black towns that did this, they would instantly be stopped.

This post is saturated in controversy. Norman Lear recently passed away a few days ago. I can guarantee that individuals close to him know Mr. Eric Monte is telling the truth. Perhaps we need to have our own Black Hollywood. We need it like yesterday. No need to blend in or wear a fake mask with those that want to control you. ​I'll say it over and over again. They killed all of "our" melanated men and women free thinkers because they deemed them to be "radical threats" but allowed Jim Crow and his twins (White Supremacy and racism) to thrive and live full lives with their family and wives. Why do they act like we don't know who they are? We know. Fred Hampton just wanted to help care for his oppressed people. Racism is funded by capitalism. 

Fred Hampton did such threatening things such as: organized political coalitions, started a food program for children in his community, and he also had medical clinics in his community. This is why the FBI focused on him and assassinated him. Okay! The entire system needs to be revamped. If you're not taught the truth about Fred Hampton then, he's a radical threat.

The colored folks (melanated) who shout that systemic racism is an unreal story wants to appease their fellow white conservatives. According to this stunning woman, they are addicted to digging in the wrong scene with a gansta Iean in a thick paste of fake. They're stuck in the syndrome of white peoples' approval. I think they know the truth in their hearts. Especially when they have an encounter with their melanin. The preponderance of evidence is overwhelmingly in favor of the validity in our fragile history as we examine America. 

The facticity in what Dara articulated is a testimony to all the black folks who can bear witness to these individuals. We just shake our heads in shame. Shame for them, not us. I totally understand wanting to fit in with those that can potentially help your life and career. It can also backfire and hurt you. Yes, they still own all of the wealth and institutions that we all have to go through, or answer to in some way. These people opt in to make white folks' approval their everything.

I just want wypipo (yes you) to stop acting like the only black person they hired in their firm or department is the spoken word for all black folks. We are not. If you want to have a conversation to better understand something about us or our culture, let's do that. We do not do that to you, so please refrain from putting us in your box. We are not monolithic. We have variety. 

Well, maybe this dad could have approached the baby's mother in a different way. He is absolutely correct. No little girl should be sitting in any man's lap. I do not care who the male is. Father, pastor, uncle, brother, cousin, um no! If you are a man, please be aware that this behavior is simply inappropriate. You might be the best brother, uncle or cousin in the world to your family. Do not put yourself in a position to be accused of something and do not make the women in your life feel uncomfortable. Women, ladies, and mothers please pay attention to your babies. Pay attention to the female and the male children as well. How can we oversexualize this kind of situation by protecting our babies? Maybe the woman wasn't trained in this area. The mother in this Instagram post is extremely feisty. Understanding was not in the room on this day. She cursed him out! I don't fully comprehend how a mother could be so laid back about her own daughter sitting on a man's lap. Teach your daughters and young ladies this principle. No, no, no! It's out of order.  Don't do it. Again, please don't have little girls sitting in your lap.

Hustlers are in the hood dropping gems to all the men. This is for the men so stay focused. This is not about women at this moment. Value your woman. Pour into your good (thang) woman men. Appreciate your wife. Don't take your wife for granted. Watch how your life gets better when you do pour into her. Whisper in her ear and be playful. A happy mother equals a healthy kid. Do you know your role, men? The more you know so you can grow. Do you agree men?
