I forgot how tremendous the healing power of music is. The right song can help create a better mood and perhaps heal you. This weekend, continue to protect your energy! Listen to music that you normally don't make time for or listen to.

"Walk On Water" is a very uplifting song, by Lena Byrd Miles. Those of you who do not listen to gospel music will definitely and instantly like this song. I promise. Think outside of the box. You can do it! Ain't no room for excuses. Do it, do it, do it NOW because time isn't ours. Accomplish every goal. Talk to yourself and say "I got this" to build your confidence. Listen to the lyrics and get ready to receive. You will be encouraged to walk on your own water. Basically, believing in YOU enough to go after those thoughts and dreams. 

I am elated and I celebrate the young people at the Hillcrest High School in Alabama for standing up for their rights and fighting back. Although Gucci will forever be wack and short of no support. We have to protect our little brown skin girls from all of the Mr. Madden Canes who get off the hook for playing insane like they're deranged. That move didn't work for Lionel Tate. He can get out soon if he signs up to have his organs removed. Sundown towns are still around. Just ask the brown in Vidor, Texas. Pay attention to these important black history mentions and check out your neighbors' intentions.

PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN (no doubt they not)

Madden Cane killed and raped an eight-year-old black girl, and he got off. Cane broke her skull with a shovel. The judge (Anne O'Connell) dismissed Cane case stating he was mentally ill. In 2017 Cane preyed on another individual and the judge let him go. Cane should not be permitted to exist in society. Then Cane did it again two years later, stealing an 8-year-old girl iPad, killing and raping her. If Madden Cane was a black man, he would have been arrested and in jail, without hesitation. Women like Judge Anne O'Connell ensure that their adjudications will always benefit them, and it often does. Stop voting for these judges who do not serve your community righteously. The melanated community is exhausted from knowing that if the little 8-year-old was a little white girl, somehow and in every way possible, Madden Cane would be in jail or in a mental institution. They do not see any value in individuals labeled as black, African Americans or even melanated. Black people get a different set of rules, and the narrative is wicked when criminal justice is applied to them, their kids, and family members when they have encounters with these biased judges. Collectively, they humanize the situation if the victim or even the perpetrator is European. If you are melanated, you are summoned to a full glass of demonizing. The family of the 8-year-old girl received no justice. Dear Black Man, you have to start policing your own communities. 

ORGAN VIBES FOR PRISONER LIVES

I just had to give some attention to this mention. In the state of Massachusetts, the legislators have introduced a bill allowing prisoners to get out of jail sooner if they agree to be organ donors. The first thing that pops up in my mind is the mistrust and abuse our government used towards melanated people in the past and throughout history. Will our family members have accidental deaths so their organs can be taken? They love those melanated organs. What do you really think is going on here?

LIONEL TATE'S FATE

This particular story is a teachable moment, especially to parents who are quick to leave their children with anyone at homes they know little about. Stop doing that, please! Can you imagine asking your girlfriend to keep your daughter and she agrees but when you pick her up, she is dead? Crazy, right? The mother of Lionel Tate knew her son had issues. Parents know their own kids, well. Why did she leave her son along with the little girl? Tate had a turbulent history of fighting and misbehaving. Lionel was stealing in school. Lionel was playing roughly with his mom's friend daughter, and he killed her. The little girl had damages to her skull, ribs and brain. If there was no one to intervene or to help prevent Lionel Tate from getting worse, its imminent he would get in trouble with the law? If the mother of Tiffany Eunick was aware of how troubled her girlfriend's son, Lionel was, I don't think she should've asked her to keep her daughter at her house. Accidents can happen anywhere, but some things can be prevented.

At the age of 12, Lionel Tate was charged with the murder of 6-year-old Tiffany Eunick. He was originally sent to life in prison at 12. Lionel Tate sentence was overturned, as it should have been. What is the difference between a 29-year-old man who killed and an 8-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy who killed a 6-year-old girl?  Madden Cane is a white male who never went to jail. The judge said he was mentally incompetent to go to jail. Lionel Tate was a 12-year-old black boy sentenced to life in prison at 12, for killing Tiffany Eunick. Yes, Tate should be held accountable for his actions but why wasn't Tate given no jail time and allowed to use the mentally incompetent plea? I wonder why!

WATCH YOUR BACK THEY WILL ATTACK

We have to mentally soak in some discernment. Mr. Murray lived in a state that has the worst history of the KKK, Jim Crow and White Supremacy, Alabama. His neighbor, Morgan Barnhill did not like black folks. He intentionally invited Etienne over to his house and killed him with a shovel. Again, black people, stop going places with people you barely know. Stop going over to your neighbor's house when you're the only melanated person there.

Morgan Barnhill used his white privilege and lied to the police. He told the police that he was defending himself from Murray. Nothing happened to him. No jail time for him. Do you see why melanated people are exhausted? Barnhill said he always wanted to kill a n*gger. He accomplished his goal.

SUNDOWN TOWNS SICK DOGS ON THE BROWN

According to the women in the video, her father's dad was the mastermind in the dog hunting of black people in Vidor, Texas. Don't go down there. Then people in the United States often feel some kind of way when melanated people bring up any remembrance of their history. These illegal injuries were dissolved around 1985. Where do you think that kind of energy went? Is it still around? Yes! It is in our systemically biased institutions, in these "Karens" and in all things not united in America.

TRYING TO SUPRESS OUR HISTORY IS NO MYSTERY

Black Americans are unfortunately used to fighting the dominant society for their rights and freedoms. The students at Hillcrest High School in Tuscaloosa are no different. Over 200 students walked out and protested against the administrators telling them they couldn't use certain words in their 2023 Black History Program because one of the administrators felt very uncomfortable with words like "civil rights," and slavery. If that is the case black people feel uncomfortable every day in every profession and neighborhood.

Please pay attention. A lot of melanated people are aware of this incident and some still make the choice to support this company. Some do not support them. Not me!

Que Billah was an artist who mixed comedy with real social issues we have in our world. Its half pass the time for you to get an unlimited talk and text message plan on your phone. I'm just saying! 😂😂😂

My favorite is "Cook Dem Gritz by Code F.I. babee! I like the dance the kids made up. The beats are fat. The production team and artist were dope. The entire video was a hit! If you listen to this song one time, you will be singing it all day long. It's catchy. They were actually making light of how drastically sad and depressing the music industry has become. You can make a song about bull*** and folks will buy it! Google Code F.I. You're going to be surprised of what you've missed out on.

I saved the best lyricist for last. Notice how she is the only female representing the Chi. Lah Tere is her name. Lah is full of power and love. She will empower you to stand up, take action, and to move.

SBhiphop just won't stop. This brotha is from Chicago. He was born and raised in these hip hop streets. He kind of reminds you of that Common energy. SB is always spitting something major in your ear. SB is creative and positive. Check out his other music.

You say, we are always playing the race card. You say those black people are always acting like they’re the victim. You say that you didn’t have anything to do with slavery. Perhaps that is plausible, but you benefit from it every day, all day long, due to your European ancestors! It happened so long ago! Just get over it! Listen to one of your best phrases. Black women are the “Angry Black Woman.” YOU GOTTA BE F*CKIN KIDDING ME, RIGHT? Black women have every single right to be an “Angry Black Woman” if they choose to be. Collectively, they are not! Have you ever paid attention to how this country treats melanated women? Please stay hydrated and focused. I am only speaking about black women right now! 

Melanated black women have saved everyone but themselves. Do not make me unleash the heroic episodes of what she has done for the Democratic Party. Oh yeah! Historically, black women defended this country. Melanated women have further advanced medical research for Europeans. They used and abused black slaves and even melanated women to this day, as experiments. Have you read Medical Apartheid? This book was linked to a melanated bookstore, but it has been removed for some reason. This government system of white supremacy, purposely put white supremacist moods and tones in place so melanated women could be single moms as they grew and planted seeds of drugs in our corners of communities. They locked up our men and boys! Then they boldly showed us all their true feelings of real hypocrisy as they destroyed our families for selling the weed (marijuana) they're getting rich off of. These law makers made marijuana legal. They have now given European men the favor of being millionaires in the cannabis industry, while our family members are still locked up for selling or for the distribution of weed. YOU GOTTA BE F*CKIN KIDDING ME, RIGHT? So, black women HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE ANGRY! Also, by chance, did you or any of your family members have laws enacted so that your kids and even you, yourself can wear hairstyles freely or naturally? I’ll wait! Tick…tick…tick! No! I didn’t think you did. Melanated people had to get the Crown Act passed!

I am so not surprised about the State of Mississippi passing laws of Jim Crow in 2023 to make their state “great again” for the Europeans. I will dress up as an actress and act like I am surprised, but I am not. They want to annihilate any power or influence melanated people have in Jackson, Mississippi. Oh, my goodness! Where are all of those Republicans and Democrats? Why aren’t they talking against this. Why aren’t they taking action! Why haven’t Joe and Kamala been to Mississippi? Is the United States Supreme Court going to strike down these illegal injunctions? Wait, is anyone doing anything? Why is everyone so quiet? Obviously, nothing was done. Unfortunately, the bill passed already. YOU GOTTA BE F*CKIN KIDDING ME, RIGHT? Naw, there is no kidding around in these dirty chapters. The white legislators in Jackson, Mississippi want to control and terrorize melanated black people but hey, slavery was so long ago.

To those individuals with a heavy dose of lust who love to change the narrative and sing their stupid songs with no rhythm at all, who keep saying black folks need to stop complaining. Slavery was so long-ago dude! It never stopped in Mississippi! Those white folks understand that the majority of people in Jackson, Mississippi are melanated people. This should be prohibited into 100 degrees of illegal. I don’t even know how they pulled it off. These white folks who are in love with Jim Crow want to take melanated people voting rights away. They want all of the melanated people policed by all white officers. In addition, they want only white people controlling the judicial system and criminal justice system. This is unconstitutional. Why on earth do they believe they can control the majority of the melanated people who live in Jackson? Oh, I know why, because Mississippi have always thrived in their white supremacy benefits. Joe Biden too busy giving all of our American dollars to the Ukrainians, so his own Americans are not on his agenda. Shame on you Kamala. Double shame on a judicial system that is supposed to uphold the law. How is it even possible for anyone in the state of Mississippi to bring back Jim Crow portions of racism? Melanated people really need to wake all the way up. Jackson, how did this happen? Did you guys know about this in advance? I bet they still got the nerve to say melanated people are playing the victim! Excuse you! We are victorious but it comes with a price. It drains us mentally. We are victors not victims. Stop acting like you don’t know who we are! You know our truth!

Are you experiencing housing discrimination in 2023 with a twist of redlining on top? Do you ever have to ask your black friends to pretend like they are buying your home for you so you can get the right value it is worth as Europeans? Do your sons get racially profiled all the time? Are your sons pulled over by the police if the officer notices that your son has four other European males in the car? Do you and your family members have to fight for your voting rights during this era of the twentieth century? Have any of your ancestors ever been lynched and their death put on postcards? Have you and your family been a target for eugenics? Did melanated people profit from your ancestors being slaves? Do you and your family members experience police brutality? Do you or any people in your community pay more insurance rates than melanated people? Where do you live? Did gentrification affect you and your family? What about any racial massacres? Do black women named Karenah ever bother you or constantly call the police on you for living at an address, going to school, trying to do your job or just exist as Europeans! Do you think animals have more rights than you and your melanated Americans? What do you think?
 
None of what I just previously mentioned applies to you if you are European. You have benefited from white supremacy, which is a system of government founded by your founding fathers. It’s not your fault! You were born into it.They are not my founding fathers. They didn’t even think black folks were human beings. All of the Jim Crow legislators and the KKK board members are still living or lived a full life. Melanated freedom fighters were all assassinated. We know that our unity terrifies this system. This is why our beloved freedom fighters were all murdered. We know we have to remain in unity. We are getting there. We know we have to support melanated women and men. We know that we have to work on being self-sufficient and eating better for our bodies. We totally understand the spiritual ramifications of warfare.

Music and good food naturally heal most people. I can attest that it helps me, a lot! Pray for me because I am so greedy. Music helps in every situation of our lives. In honor of June being Black Music Month, I wanted to share the black excellence that dominates the industry. This year I will be introducing you to some of the local Chicago artist. Of course, I will have your slow jams, hip hop, and gospel to celebrate the occasion.

You will always get to unwind with very good music in our culture. Black Music Month is exactly what it states. It is music designed to venerate melanated music and melanated culture. Liberty and justice are still parts of the agenda. As mentioned out in the HuffPost, the idea behind selecting June as Black Music Month came from President Jimmy Carter. It was further pushed into legislation by music producer Kenny Gamble and his ex-wife Mrs. Dyana Williams. Dyana is known as the Godmother of Black Music Month as noted by Ebony. Our interest is still resistance.

Too many mass shootings got you mentally confused in a tender state of mind in Virginia. Ye said Colorado ain't safe. It came to pass on a November date. Freedom of religion has been blown away. Think Before You Post Ahh Link (Like Really)

Kyrie has been all over the media because of a link he posted about a film he watched. The NBA said the movie he watched was anti-Semitic, therefore Kyrie was deemed anti-Semitic. Kyrie Irving was suspended without pay. There was no communication or investigations. The NBA quickly reacted to condemn him. He lost sponsors. They heavily fined him. The black community saw the pure essence of buck breaking in Kyrie's situation. During slavery, the white slave catchers and masters would rape black men Infront of their families. Their wives, sons, and daughters would bear witness to bestial white men having forced sex or intercourse with the black slaves. They did this to break them, dehumanize them and of course destroy their manhood. Those men were sick. White people may or may not know about this part of their history. Their ancestors knew and shared stories about it. Buck breaking! Look it up, because that is exactly what they did to Kyrie. Meyers Leonard didn't experience his suspension like Kyrie. 

The National Basketball Association demanded that Kyrie Irving jump over high mountains with heels on. They wanted him to wear a dress or skirt to enhance his social and emotional skills towards sensitivity training. They wanted him to apologize and when he did, they wanted him to sing it as if he could sing as an alto and a soprano. They didn't want him to know about his history, so they made him go back into time when black men were slaves. They said jump high and do not stop until we say so. It was totally ridiculous.  Pay attention because just like they did this to Kyrie, they will do it to you!

Ye West Got The Best Attentions

Pay attention to all the things going on with Mr. West. Regardless of if you like him or not, if you think he is crazy or whatever your thoughts are, pay attention. If you are in the music business or entertainment arena, do you not think this can happen to you? Everything Ye said have come to pass. They tried to break him by taking away his money, tarnishing his reputation, and using all of their power to paint him as crazy. Now since that didn't work, they trying to add some Bill Cosby in the mix. Mee too, right. Pay attention because when they like you, it's all good until you fall below their good graces. If you're in the entertainment industry I hope you are taking notes! 

Can We Get Some Belief (Relief)

This is another form of mental abuse that interferes with the mental health of the American black women. Most nurses and doctors could care less if their patients decide to stay at home and not work. Why is this particular white nurse overly concerned about this black woman's (Jillian) personal business?  A black woman got an approval from her doctor to start her maternity leave. When she went to pick up her note a nurse practitioner accused her of fraud. Why did she even question the woman in the first place? Who does that? A Karen, that's who. This nurse was harassing Jillian so bad, she could have caused stressful damages to her as a pregnant woman. She called the police on Jillian. Can black women get some belief around here? 

Mass Shootings Again 

Andre Bing left a note stating that he was made fun of. In his mind people were being mean to him and perhaps mistreating him. Bing entered the breakroom at Walmart in Chesapeake, Virginia killing six of his co-workers on November 22, 2022. Nothing can justify the lives he took away but seriously, in this era we are living in, you are very welcome to be mindful of how you interact with people and how you behave towards them. The mental state of individuals in this world is unpredictable. We are fighting against gun violence, racism, ongoing oppression personal adversity and inflation. Our government leaders are doing nothing to help the American people. I digress but price gouging should be illegal. Chicken prices have risen up to 70%. You don't know what people are going through. Therefore, be careful!  

Andre Bing was a manager at Walmart. He was very troubled in the mind. Bing did not have a criminal record and he legally purchased his gun the day he went on his shooting rampage. It doesn't matter how big and bad you are or how good of a fighter you are. When these mass shootings occur, you are not prepared. No one thinks their co-workers are going to kill them.

Did you Hear About Meyers Leonard?

Meyers Leonard is an NBA basketball player. In 2021 he was representing the Miami Heat team. He was playing a game and made some anti-Semitic racial slurs. He was fined 50 thousand dollars and suspended for one entire week. He lost a few endorsements. The NBA stated they would conduct an investigation. 
What is the difference between this case and Kyrie Irving? Hmmm! 

Politics in The Mass Shooting Mix (Again)

​Club Q is a night club that caters to the gay and lesbian community. November 19, 2022 is a day the community of Colorado, Springs had their loved one's lives taken away. A young man at 22 years old went inside the nightclub and killed about 5 people. Dozens of other folks were injured by the young shooter known as Mr. Anderson Aldrich. He was definitely mentally troubled in his mind just like Mr. Bing in Virginia. 

These massive episodes will continue to happen because America won't fix it, but they can! They don't have that much interest in fixing it. This could have been resolved. We have to police are own communities. If you see something, please say something. Warn others if you know something. We have to look out for each other.  

Being The Boss Shouldn't Result in Loss (Shanquella)

This murder reminds me of the Kenneka Jenkins story and so many others. We will never really know what happened to Shanquella unless someone told the truth. That is unlikely to transpire. When people say watch the company you keep, it isn't to shame or blame the victim (Shanquella Robinson). Wisdom is the only message they want you to gain because they love you. They want the best for your life. A lot of people have experienced questionable acquaintances. The older you get you can discern and read people. My grandma Lula could tell us if we shouldn't be hanging around people. We can't rush to receiving everyone as a friend. When you are traveling with real friends you all should come back together. 

Those people Shanquella went to Mexico with stole money from her and they left her to die alone while they all returned back to the United States. We all think or don't really think about not crossing over into the new year, but these situations really are teachable moments. Everyone isn't happy for you. Unfortunately, folks are jealous of your success. Be careful who you hang out with. Do not travel out of the country or on any trips with people who are suspects in being against you. Shanquella was a businesswoman doing exceptionally well at 25 years old. I will remember her in that way.

Val just walked into the room wrapped up tight in eye-catching fashion. The spirit of love and sisterhood just elevated the atmosphere. All droplets of hate had to vacate. Her aura has that effect to boycott negative energy. It's the natural glow for me. Val Warner, Gimme Dat sophisticated attire with the sparklingly earrings, that phat Sancti-Fly jacket snuggled up close with that plum dress, and I'll take the purse too. It's been a few months since I've come across any fashion mamas like Mrs. Val Warner.

She is such a beautiful spirit and woman. Some women just got it! Val looks so good in everything she wears. It doesn't help the fact that she is in her late 40s, but she has the physic of a 20-or 30-year-old woman. Ooowee! We will all take that dazzling emerald, green dress. Gimme that!

When a brown skin girl joins forces with black girl magic, Val Warner (Maxey) is what you'll get. Val uses her magic, and she spreads it everywhere. Gimme that black wonder thunder catsuit. Those designs are on fire! This woman puts her hands on her hips and lets her backbone slip into some of thee BEST poses.

Good morning gorgeous. I really like that green blouse. Gimme that entire look of fashion Val. This attire is very different.

Representation matters! Val is such a pretty woman. When a man like Jobba loves on a woman like Val, it is written all over her. Look at Val's smile. It's so nice to see them happy together! Jobba keeps a glow on Val's face at all times. Their union makes the universe better, babee! Other couples can vibe off of their beautiful relationship and aspire higher! Val is the magic Job has been seeking. He found his good thang. Val wears so many hats. They are both down to earth influencers. If you are into food and fashion Job and Val got you covered. Oh, my goodness! This man is heaven sent. Jack Daniels is a wise gem. He is going to save a lot of marriages, relationships and heartaches. In this Instagram post, Mr. Jack Daniels is speaking to all of the men about the three things most women need from them. I am not going to name them. Please click on his page to see what they are! Men pay attention. Place all egos and pride to the side because you will get something out of it. It will help you.

In 2019 Lamont Stapleton released his own black crewneck shirt with the word "FREE" on it. He was even around a lot of celebrities promoting his brand. In 2021 he noticed that a lot of famous people had on his shirts. People began to tag him on social media in a Vanity Fair video. He was perplexed as to where the shirts were coming from because he knew it wasn't him. It was Balenciaga that borrowed his designed, in a stolen kind of way. They're always stealing from us and lying about the truth! Killing, stealing, and yes, destroying whatever they deem necessary has been their signature. I'm so glad this brother is speaking out about Balenciaga stealing his design. Time for them to give answers to Mr. Stapleton and pay him back in fat checks. They always get caught. Be original. Stop stealing other people's stuff!

Jim Banks, is this your way of illustrating that thick package of nice racism we all know you and your cronies like to play with? If you guys were in charge of the air melanated people have to breathe, you would try snatching that from us! If this benefits melanated people, you guys become extremely irritated. What about all of your Republican colleagues who were given PPP loans that was forgiven? If you need a monologue on why your job in congress won't be undermined by you and your team giving aid to your American citizens for their student loans, I will read to you a few true factors. With my eyes rolling! No matter what happens in this American economy, the Department of Defense is ALWAYS taken care of, especially financially. You and congress can always find money for all kind of foreign students and aid, but you guys place the American students last. Your nerves are wrapped tightly in reluctance to forgive American students, of their loans. They should not have any loans in the first place. Due to all of the mental abuse melanated people face on any given day, they deserve to have this form of reparation! It was your policies that put a lot of Americans in debt. Especially black folks!

If men like Deputy Jacob Desue knew his pension would be taken away by his conduct, playing his racist shenanigans with melanated people, melanated folks would be treated the way they're supposed to be treated by the police in all 50 states, which is equally under the law! Desue pulled out his gun on a pregnant black woman. It was unwarranted. White women will never experience this. They will always be watched over and served with dignity and grace. This is why I put this in your face! Jacob knew he was wrong. If Jacob was my uncle or cousin I would read him his rights, unkindly. He would feel awful! I'm sure he has females he loves in his family. I am certain he would not like an officer mishandling his wife, mother or daughter the way he did the melanated woman in this video! The people who can change this are not too concerned about it.
