Cashmere Nicole is successfully thriving in her purpose-driven destiny as a cancer survivor, leaking in fearlessness that only God sent. She has always been inundated with big dreams of being an entrepreneur since she was a young child. Cashmere is the owner and creator of a multi million-dollar company called Beauty Bakerie. Nothing can stop you but you! Cashmere was a single mom at the age of 16 who received government assistance but she wanted more. She did not stay there! The singer Beyoncé reached out to Cashmere Nicole doing Cancer Awareness Month in 2014 to have her on her platform to do an interview. She even gave Cashmere a card and flowers when she was in the hospital recovering from one of her operations. The kindness and encouragement from Queen Bey gave Cashmere greater wings to fly higher. Nicole Cashmere inheritance is what belief and focus looks like. Nicole made the decision to pursue the visions God had for her. Her saucy shades of foundations and savvy beauty lip glosses are non-toxic and cruelty-free. Cashmere lays her brush to beat in her most recent YouTube video. Ignis Fatuus diversity represents a disturbing portion of corporate America and other sections of our workforce. Black men, black women, and children are not free to bleed in their true diverse state, by wearing their hair naturally or in a hairstyle they deem is in essence of their beauty. The inclusion and variety of differences appears to be missing; covered in a tremulous whirlwind of rejected standards some black men and women do not accept. Why should they? If their mane is well-groomed and presentable with a full glass of decency it should be allowed not enervated. It is 2019 and folks still refuse to evolve by not showing the true diversified acceptance we love to preach about. If it is curly, locked, braided, bald, long or short, it is all beautiful! The innocency of striking, in fat pieces of lovely is this delightful curly girly. Big fluffy curls rocks plenty-many offices quite well. She is what she is, and makes no mistakes about you drowning in melee over her hairstyle! There is nothing wrong with her look. There is nothing wrong with her hairstyle! It is beautiful! She is covered in a professional look. Inconceivable how any employer could possibly have a problem with this foudroyant beauty. She can rock any form of attire and make you and your business thrive. She should be allowed to wear her hair just like this! She is beautiful! I know you are staring in awe of her, me too! Ms. Lula would say this lady in this picture is a fine looking colored woman! Yes! The bliss of strength this curly hair dreadlocked lady represents in this picture is worldwide style; increased by a postured smile to make any company look attractive. I see free; nothing is wrong with her hair! There is a bad association of insecurity attached to certain people who think a black man or black woman who wears their hair in dread locks are somehow negative individuals. She is not a criminal because she has dreadlocks! Look at this woman. She could be the doctor or lawyer that saves your life. There is nothing destructive about her. She is beautiful and her hair looks presentable. Please stop judging black folks and try to understand before you jump to conclusions in light of their hairstyles. Her dreadlocks are beautiful! Period! An enceinte of attractive-looking curls on this amazing, short hair styling, rocking non-stopping gal. Again, absolutely nothing is wrong with blessing the office with your lovely presence in your natural element. Take a peak of how nicely trimmed it all is, in an array of colors! It's all beautiful! This lovely lady could close the business deal in her hair braids, chic dress and red pump heels. There is nothing wrong with wearing your hair in braids. Nothing is out of place! This hairstyle is nice and neat. It is beautiful! Black women are stunning in their hair braids. Dear Mr. & Ms. employer, hair braids are part of black culture. Open your eyes so you can see! If we are free to be who we are, let freedom ring with true diversity! Beware of this global hair. She is strong enough to appreciate her gorgeous hair in all of its assortments; wet, dried, curly or straight. The diversity of black hair is universal. It is beautiful! She surly rocks this hairstyle in wow! Any office or business will do. There is nothing wrong with her hair! Ms. Lula (my granny) would tell you to put your hands on your hips and be proud of what God made.
What you like is your exclusive right, not everyone else's! You may love bone straight hair and that is your prerogative. Can you please accept that some people extremely love their kinky coils, curls, and coarse hair. It is beautiful to them! Your hair standards are not the national hair origin of diversity. Maybe it is time, doing this Women's History Month to rethink and revamp your corporate policies with liberty and justice for all. Health Activist and Community Adviser, Dr. Rosalind A. Another year is finally here! Happy birthday to you! What are your plans on your special day? Who are you going to celebrate it with? These are all the things we tend to think about when we have a birthday coming up, if we are into the fun times of celebrating it. If you have been on board with SFM, you already know how fond the Sancti-Fly Mama is of birthday celebrations. I engage in honoring the lives of my family and friends who ROCK stronger than the wind by writing birthday prayers each month. Lanisha Blockmon is scarturient in black excellence! She is infused with a tall glass of selflessness. Lanisha is inundated in magical melanin that rocks in determination. She is at best, simply remarkable! No one can dare come against her inspirational warfare! She is flaming hot in positive thoughts. This year for her birthday, Lanisha wanted to give back to her community in the best way by feeding close to 400 people. Yes, you heard right! On her birthday Lanisha Blockmon decided she wanted to feed others on her born day. It was cold in January but that did not stop her. I know exactly what you're thinking as you are reading this. You’re saying “this is such a spicy dose of awesome sauce.” I concur. How many folks do you know, who thinks of others on their birthdays? It wasn’t all about Lanisha Blockmon on her day. It was about bringing some of her love and light to others who she felt needed it the most. Lanisha planned months in advance to reach out to her family, friends, and community leaders who could assist her into bringing her vision to past. I was very appreciative to be one of her volunteers. Her goal was to do it during her birthday weekend. It took her 3 days to complete her mission. This is Lanisha on a Friday (her actual birthday) night getting the packaging together for her first drop-off. Her seeds of love bags consisted of sandwiches, chips, water, an inspirational quote, mints and condiments. On this day she made about 120 bags for the New Pisgah Veteran Homes located on the south side of Chicago. This is Lanisha at one of the facilities talking to some of the seniors about why she wanted to feed individuals on her birthday. It was a very commendable thing to do and they all loved it! She is fluid in her movement to encourage, support, and give a little bit of herself to others. This makes us all want to do more and be better human beings. It makes us feel good! Lanisha is a stunning Power Pretty Mama in all of God’s glory! I am blessed to share her story with you. Her generous spirit has not only made the difference but she lives it daily with her family, as an entrepreneur, and as an active influencer of her community. This was on another day (Saturday) as she passed out food when she fed about 150 folks at Veterans New Beginnings. This was on the Sunday of her birthday weekend (last day). She and her team was preparing more bags for her next route. She visited the Harvest Commons Senior Homes and blessed 130 people with her love seed bags. When I told others about what Lanisha was aspiring to do on her birthday weekend, I received lots of donations to help the cause. Lanisha used some of her own resources as well. She also received donations. Always remember there are angels everywhere waiting to assist you in your goals and dreams. Some people are specifically assigned to you for your destiny.
Her big beautiful eyes don't lie! Lanisha Blockmon can't stop and she will not stop rising to the top. Whatever she deems imperative to do and have for the betterment of others and her community, I don't see her slowing down. Lanisha Power is definitely Pretty! Thank you for all the love you bestowed in our family! Thank you for making me feel special when I needed it! Thank you for always putting us ALL in our place when you had to (LOL)! Thank you for your legendary sacrifices! Thank you for your wisdom and courage! You sure did rock so well Ms. Lula! I paid attention to everything you told me. I am still taking notes granny! I do understand we are not meant to stay here...I get that but I still can't believe you are gone. Thank you God for allowing me to enjoy my grandmother for plenty-many years. Thank you for 93 years of her life!

Allow me to introduce these two Power-Pretty Mamas known as Jean and Joan of ArlenaJean. They have master degrees in black melanin magic and a PhD in women bosses. Jean and Joan have been rocking entrepreneur songs since they were little girls; like selling brownies and chocolate bar tunes or their "never going to give up" tunes. ArlenaJean helped to make Jean and Joan harmonious hit list legitimate. On the eve of the Black Girls Rock Awards Show, Jean and Joan are unquestionably two Black Girls that Rock in their unstoppable antidotes of hope. They continue to use their ArlenaJean bath and body line magic; spreading it everywhere. These ladies are filled to the brim with information on gormandizing their personal needs to supply natural skin care elements to support sensitive skin and allergies. These identical twin sisters took notes from the Sancti-Fly women in their lives and used their great-grandmother’s home remedies to share their homemade and handmade love of bath and body magic with the world. Their inspirational fire captivates dreams and desires hijacked in their truth to allow others to know there are women who look like them, think big like them, and are blessed with the resilience to see their aspirations come true. When you study these identical twins, you’ll understand why my family and friends rock stronger than any wind. When you feel good you look good. You exude nothing but your better than best self. Jean and Joan believe you deserve to be loved and pampered explicitly in the self-care of your body and skin. If not now then when? In light of all the toxins we put in our bodies knowingly or innocently, it’s nice to have women who passionately advocates for pure clean skin. Power-Pretty Mamas like Jean and Joan boldly challenge us to take good intensive care of our bodies and skin. Women and men. They commanded a little light to shine on sensitive skin; promoting natural ingredients in our atmosphere to encourage us to be our best advocates on products that are organically healthier for our skin. Here are some awesome samples of a few Power-Pretty ArlenaJean examples above.
ArlenaJean is well-known for its moisturizing exfoliating sugar scrubs. As soon as you use it on your skin, the magical experience begins. You must delight yourself in a set of ArlenaJean’s Warm Cookies. As you meet and greet different folks, they will desire to eat you and smell like you too. It doesn’t matter if it is the fall, winter, summer or spring. Everyone is talking about this new sweet-smelling aeonian aroma named ArlenaJean. I’m sure with both of these Sancti-Fly Mamas being mothers and working women they had trouble on every side yet not distressed to give up on ArlenaJean. There may have been times when perplexity tried to take over their identity but no, sorry, nice try. It didn’t work. Their excellency stems from a higher being in which they cleave; it was instrumental to helping Jean and Joan fortify their visions into an entrepreneur living. Jean and Joan are soaked in fierceness and dry in fearlessness to flourish in their ministry and their movement. This is their moment! They rank mighty high in giving back some of their proceeds to further help the causes of others in need. Heart Disease and Alzheimer Awareness to name a few. Stories like Jean and Joan incite us to remain focus on achieving our goals. Jean and Joan may have been persecuted for not having the right connections or audience as they built their brand in the beginning but not forsaken; cast down in budget woes but they did not give up. They came up with new strategies to win. Jean and Joan played their hands well. They kept the faith with God’s graceful promises on their side. They did not look at the things that were seen when times got a little tough. They knew it was only temporal. Their light affliction made no difference. Their work and labor prepared them for something far more exceedingly abundant! The spirit of faith kissed them on the days they were weak and weary. ArlenaJean became their reality. Jean and Joan are Power-Pretty Mamas letting you know that you can do the exact same thing, so do not give up on your dreams. It always seems impossible until a Power-Pretty Mama like Ms. Alexander brushes up against it; giving it her scent and making it possible! If you’re like, get out! Are you serious? Yes, I am! Women have done it and continue to do the incredible, all of the time! Erika Alexander has done her possible with liberty and 'just us' for all women to gleam with pride. It is impractical for a woman not to make anything possible with her God-given super magic. Erika Alexander is on a Power-Pretty Mama mission; representing an award-winning science fiction graphic novel. She went out into the vineyard to labor for what some directors and producer executives thought was not wrought in the psyche of the black community and new wine (Concrete Park) was created. Parts sometimes change as black excellence reigns. Erika Alexander is the numerator that gave the denominator some flavor. Now we are all mixed up in an ariose of colored urban bliss, in sci-fi story elements; black narratives. The creativity and responsibility of Erika Alexander’s graphic novel helps to develop forthcoming science fiction female writers; identifying and recognizing that a woman’s place is where the aroma of change gives birth to Power-Pretty Mamas limitlessly. Erika Alexander has come to minister to that science fiction change, where stereotypes are just ripe in nonexistence. BREAKFAST CLUB INTERVIEW
Her beauty remains ageless! Erika Alexander is an exquisite actress, activist and a writer. She is infamous for her role on The Bill Cosby Show as Pam Tucker. I really valued her character as Attorney Maxine Shaw on Living Single. Everyone wanted to be a lawyer because of the vivacious role she played on Living Single. We respect her innovation and reject the antithesis of anything not constructive to her movement of inclusion for diverse characters. Erika Alexander is a Power-Pretty Mama that proves there is an audience for black women graphic novel and comic book writers. She unites us in attention that keeps our interest. Check out her interview on the Breakfast Club. Love is her first name and Power is her last name. She passionately showers in social justice dominance and it rains in radical activism; dripping valiantly as she uses her energy to busticate inequality wherever and whenever it shows its ugly fangs. Every formula of social justice SHALL be exalted and every mountain and hill of racial injustice SHALL be made straight with a Power-Pretty Mama like Ms. Brittany Packnett making ways out of every day to bring true light to those conditions. Ms. Packnett represents the voice of them that cry in the wilderness for freedom and justice. Brittany Packnett is the sequel to loving black people! Ms. Packnett affirms and believes black men, black women, and black children are American citizens who are created as equals; endowed by their creator. Brittany is a stone-cold originator of love and peace; serving humanity as an animalistic beast, like she did in those Ferguson streets. She came to prepare a place where liberty and justice stands for all; inclusion of social movements LIKE #BlackWomenAtWork and #BlackLivesMatter is where she is superlatively effective dealing with injustices. The fruit of Brittany Packnett’s spirit is love, civil and political rights, human rights, social justice, diversity, activism, and inspirational warfare. Brittany is a Power-Pretty Mama that drowns and bleeds in planting affluent seeds of leadership. She is the Co-Founder of Campaign Zero. She served on President Barack Obama’s 21 Century Policing Task Force. She is also the Vice President of the National Community Alliance for Teach of America. She is surrounded by a high rush of adrenaline when she is able to inspire, elevate and educate black children. It is her reasonable service to make you very nervous if you continue eating that antediluvian bread of wickedness and drinking the wine of violence. Go ahead, she’s not scared! Brittany inhales Gods presence and exhales God's amazing sovereignty. There is no fear. There is only intercessions to be God’s blessing of black excellence to the world. In her father’s house there are many mansions of a covenant protection. Brittany is a Power-Pretty Mama spreading black girl magic everywhere she goes; with a good measure of faith to use her power of love, assassinating hate! Brittany Packnett is a Power-Pretty Mama Warrior who stays woke and ready!
