I really need to share this. This has been happening forever, but it seems like these people are growing more and more bolder in human trafficking and in their quest of pedophilia. Protect all women and girls but especially black women and girls.

When this man said what he said, I instantly thought about all the men I am connected to, and I do believe that they would not engage in this! Maybe there are men that would but it's really disturbing and disappointing. I am not being unrealistic. I understand that people would say well, "how do you know they wouldn't do it." My answer is all men do not think the same. All men are NOT attracted to little girls. Please watch your kids.

“Doctor's advice to all women for 2025.”
Some very important advice from a doctor to all women. The advice is simple and clear. Please share it with every woman you care about so we all can be alive, get healthier and be better in 2025!!! 
 
1. You cannot complete all household chores in one day. Those who did are gravely ill and some have already been buried.

 2. Please make time to rest. There's no sin in sitting down, putting your legs up on the table and popping popcorn while reading a book or just relaxing.
 
3. Please sleep if you need to, that headache will go away. 
 
4. Stop taking sedatives to sleep, you destroy your brain and organs. At some point you'll notice you start forgetting things. Relax the brain, worry less, think less, smile more. Everything passes with time.

 5. Sometimes quietly sit outside alone, do nothing, say nothing, just admire God's handwork, breathe fresh air calmly. Do not hurry.

 6. Stand by your mirror, smile at yourself, dance, sing, that will create a positive aura around you so you can glow.
 
 7. Buy yourself a snack or two or a drink if you choose. Just do something for yourself so you unload things in your head.
 
 8. Buy the necessary gadgets for your home to ease your work and avoid stress. Stress is the biggest silent killer of women.
 
  9. If you don't feel well, say so, do something about it, go to a health center, hospital or call a nurse nearby, don't sit still. Your life matters.
 
 10. Check your blood pressure and sugar levels occasionally, whether you are sick or not. It has saved many women in the past. Trust me in this.
 
Don't forget to share with all the women you love and help them enjoy 2025 in good health and abundance. Ladies, this is a reminder to all of us. We are important and should take care of ourselves. Love, prayers, hugs & many blessings always. ❤️

I really like this song. I don't know what they are saying but music is music. It doesn't matter the language. Today you're a star. So, when you get into your car look around like the paparazzi is following you and quickly jump in your car. 😂😂😂😂

If you are walking out of your house to go somewhere, look around like you are very important (um because you are) and quickly move about like the paparazzi is following you. 😂😂

I just don't like it when those who do smoke weed are by my car and the smell is coming over in my car. Like really! Some of you guys who partake in smoking marijuana have the smell all on you in public. As soon as you get out of your car the smoke is hitting everyone. You're the ones who will get pulled over. If they made it legal in Illinois, why is this new law even on the books. What is really going on?

This Mission is Not Impossible

Why is it that we have seen these face mask in movies or maybe even in some production stage plays but now everyone can get their hands on them. This is not conducive to society. People who commit crimes are using these face mask. This should be illegal to purchase if it isn't for the right reason but just like all of the other illegal devices people can purchase online or on Amazon, it is not. FCC where are you?

I am super excited to always change up the narrative any chance I get. There is a young melanated man who is enrolled in college at 14. West Muhammad is making history, and we are all proud of him. Thank you to all of the people and his parents for doing the most to ensure West is supported by the community and in very great care along his way. These are the kind of stories we should be sharing with our tribe. There are children in our community that are doing great things with exceptional minds. We need to promote them more. Show them off.

Turn those frowns into smiles by changing the vibration. Yes, it happened, and it was probably not good. It might have been negative, but you have the power within yourself to focus on positive, uplifting happy thoughts. No one is trying to be unrealistic and say you can't have your angry moments or whatever moments you wish to have. Just try not to stay there too long. This does require mental practice from you.
