Dear United States Postal service, can you please seek out more highly qualified workers, give more financial incentives or ensure that the mail carriers you hire take regularly scheduled professional development training? I am a bit perturbed about receiving other people's mail like, all the time. If I am receiving other folks mail, where is my mail? Is someone receiving my mail? At least I return the mail back to the post office and alert them to what happened when I receive mail that isn't mine. Then, after calling the mail carrier supervisor multiple darn times, it still doesn't stop. Pay attention to labels and names. Also, please stop listening to your music and talking on the phone if that distracts you from delivering the mail proficiently. No one wants their mail to get into the wrong hands because your jam is on! Pay attention! Kudos to all the professional managers and mail carriers who are doing their jobs right! Secondly yes, we are all human beings born to make mistakes. However, if you're rocking with inconsistency when you deliver the wrong mail to the wrong mailing address, you might lose business. There are a lot more people doing their personal and professional business online by scanning documents or faxing them. It requires no postal service. We all know how momentous the mail is but just stop it with the irkahliciousness.
I know I am not the only one that notices how these app updates and software updates are ruining all of our cell phones. Mr. Apple and especially Mr. Google, what are you guys doing with the leadership of your technology. Thick clouds of irkahliciousness are brewing in your updates. You constantly bombard us with reminders to update things that are messing up our phones. Please explain why our batteries drain after some of these updates. Are you guys putting Corona in our updates? How about the fact, when Apple or Google see customers leaving a bad review or complaining about the same things, why are they ignored? Who does that? You're supposed to address it, not hide and run. If there is something faulty going on within an updated app, it can interfere with the other parts of the phone. The part that really gets me is when apps that know they suck send you the same updates over and over again (YouTube), knowing you're not going to fool around with them. None of those apps will be allowed at the next App Awards Show. I can guarantee you that!
If I go into another Walmart, Dolla Tree or any other store and continue seeing all kind of young black men (co-workers) with their pants sagging while working, the girls cooking chili, doing their long nails, and taking conference calls, I think I am going to throw up. Come on ladies and gentlemen. I understand that some of the workers are younger adults. So, what! Good team leaders or managers should stay on them and require the best professionalism from them. If you're serving the public as a cashier and you are doing the aforementioned yeah, I am certain this message is for you. I don't like it when I am in your lane, and you are eating food with your 5-inch nails. Your nails say "hi, how can I help you." You don't say anything but "your total is." Am I missing something? Most stores have a million cameras. How are employees able to work the cash register and talk on the phone without any consequences? It's such a turn-off. I was in a store one time and the line was super-duper long. The young lady was talking and texting while working the cash register. I'll usually go to another cash register or leave the store! Get it together people! Poor customer service isn't cool! Do you guys know that you are representing the company's brand? Oh yeah, I forgot. You don't care!
People who are always trying to get over on others irk me. What ever happened to good stewardship? Lying every year on your tax returns by claiming all those kids that are not legally yours, is not good stewardship. If you are blessed with a car or home, you have to be good stewards of that. Learning how to manage the things you are responsible for breeds glowing stewardship. In the church, if you don't pay any tithes or offerings to the church it is frowned upon. They say you are not a good steward of your money with God! They will tell you that you are robbing God. You can give however much you want. You can also serve people outside of a church. It doesn't always have to be inside of any congregation! Real talk! If you're being a positive example of yourself and others like a mentor, that is definitely having commendable stewardship in your bones. High ethics are treasures of those who practice good stewardship. They exhort conduct that fosters good management and guidance to make the world more pleasant.
Racism is a health pandemic. It effects your mental health and your physical health care in wellness. Unfortunately, Coretta Scott King was absolutely correct when she said black people will have to fight for their rights in every generation. It really irks me that this system of institutionalized racism is still allowed. In my community they made two different laws that affected black people more. Crack verses cocaine. They flooded the black community with crack cocaine, then they locked up our men. They knew we needed our men, but they didn't care! Our communities drastically declined. Do you think it adversely affected the women and kids, when their family members of the male sex were thrown in jail? Yes!
They don't blink about black women being single mothers! They ensure the law that their forefathers wrote always works in their favor and it does! With liberty and justice for all right?
The year is 2022 and black people are still fighting for their voting rights, the right to be accepted by wearing their hair naturally, police policy issues, redlining, and all the other Jim Crow systems being applied to them because of skin color. No other group is overblown by these systems more than black folks. You don't think our children are traumatized when you arrest them? How many little white boys have you seen get arrested? I just heard about a little ten-year-old melanated boy (not a man) get arrested in New York because he allegedly stole a bag of chips. Yes, it was wrong. Maybe he was hungry if he actually did do it. If it was a little white boy, they would have handled it completely different and that is the problem. We never get the same treatment. Just pure irkahliciousness. All of the things we have to go through in the name of racial discrimination is not a benefit to our health. I could say things like black people raise your kids! Talk to your kids about drugs and vaping. Check their bookbags! Change your image. Stop doing crime! It still won't make it right because the system of white supremacy is rampant. You have two Americas. There could be a black man who just finished Harvard or a young boy with the best parents and good grades. If the wrong cop sees them, they don't care how polished or educated they are. They have a bad image in their minds. If they have good credit and want a loan for a business, they have to walk backwards in heels to get it. It doesn't matter! They don't see us like themselves. All of us handle situations better than others but additional stress causes sickness and depression.
